Club's main focus this season: Turning down the PA volume?

Okay it's not really their main focus - that part was a joke. But some fake ITKers recently claimed "the club" monitor social media and forums...(!) So here we are with this poll.

I can't imagine there's many people that think the music pre/mid/post match needs to be so loud. It's not a stadium gig is it - sometimes it's a struggle to chat to the person next to you, let alone two seats away.

In fairness it probably will differ in different stands. Sadly I didn't get on the kop last season. The volume is crazy loud on BLUT.

The sound quality is awful in the BLUT Corner.

For music it's ok - way too loud but ok.

When Sinclair is talking or they pipe the adverts from the screen through, it manages to indecipherable AND too loud.

A better quality set up would mean it's clearer at a lower volume.

Way too loud in the John Street stand, and terrible quality/very tinny sounding. Can be painfully loud for an adult, never mind for the kids. Whenever I've shown up just before kick off and missed all the pre match music, the GCB has sounded much louder and better by comparison.

So I went to the QPR match last Tuesday night and took my 7 yr old and Bro-in-law who was attending his first game ever. Good news on that front we have another brother to add to the flock. The main thing I took from the game apart from Jam's unbelievable save from the offside header right...

Maybe mike-up the away end and pipe it into the Kop turned up to 11, and turn it off in the rest of the ground, then the miserable cunts who want to just sit there and complain might fuck off somewhere else and let those of us who want to generate an atmosphere gather together, stand up and sing for the 90.

Same on SS.... I like my rock music and gigs so I don't mind loud as such... but not at the fckn match... thinking of taking up sign language, sick of screaming at granddaughter at side of me who then just mimes.... 'yer what'...

Madness isn't it. When I took my (just) 5yr old the music was so loud I thought it was actually going to ruin it for him. Luckily it was fine as he's not too fussy - but I couldn't help but think how many people (not just kids) couldn't even be somewhere that loud, for all sorts of reasons.

Yeah I go to loads of gigs etc, it's the volume at football (a sociable event) that I have the problem with.

Talking to my son was hard work and I was literally talking into his ear. Ridiculous.

Who wants the music so loud before 2:55pm?! Perhaps 17% of voters if they understood the poll properly.

Cheering/shouting/chanting etc is completely different to belting music out at full volume from 1pm(?)-3pm. Then half time, then full time.

I think the music should be like a couple of years ago when we played forest in play offs. Music was energetic and seemed to get the fans up for the game.
