He has turned one of the greatest opportunities we have ever had in the modern era to consolidate ourselves in the worlds top league into the shit show we now are , so yes , imo , to go from that to -2 points in the league below is a disaster . Add in the transfer embargo, non payment of suppliers , delay in payment of transfer instalments and the worst season we have ever had , league for league , along the way then he has indeed been a disaster .

The sooner he sells up the better

Have you looked at the state the club is in TODAY.
 
IF we sign O'Hare, Moore, Cooper (gk) and Worrall.

We probably sell Souza and Anel (maybe Bogle)

The team would be younger, and probably better than the team that took us up last time (Ndiaye/McAtee being the exception)

We pushed the finances to go up again and YES it was the worst season we have had in recent history but it was another season in the top flight.

What "state" of the club are we actually talking about?

We have had to do a massive rebuild because of an aging team not just because of mismanagement (and there has been plenty of that) with all the faults of the Prince he has tried to do what he said he would, look across Europe and try to bring in young players who we will sell on for a profit and become a self sustaining club.

It worked with Anel - it didn't work with Benie, Coulibaly and Slimane.

Basically, all your criticism boils down to the man not having enough money. Only way to consolidate is to buy proven premier league players. He could not afford them, so we hoped other signed players would come good. They didn't. Blame for that lies with the manager/s and recruitment team.

Just maybe he could have not invested in other clubs and used the money for United?

Absolutely not

It’s not his fault he hasn’t the money

It’s the way he has allowed the club to be dragged through the dirt . It’s about how he took his eye off the ball and went missing for 18 months . It’s about not having any kind of recruitment plan or recruitment infrastructure. It’s about only showing up when we get promoted or to the Wembley semi but goes missing again when times get tough .

If you spend more than you can afford, leaving us with points deductions and transfer embargoes, that'd absolutely his fault.

You can be relatively skint and run a club responsibly as many owners do.
 
I simply cannot understand how anyone can defend the Prince for the state this club is in right now!. He is the owner, he controls the budget, he appoints the managers, he decides who to pay & who not to pay, he is the one who has badly used the £500 million Prem money since 2019. He is the one who got us into a transfer embargo by not paying 5 payments = circa £8.5 million to other clubs. He is the one who has said on record that he thought players play best in the last year of their contracts.

But I also do not blame him for having no spare cash to run the club. He has had to use the parachute payments to do that - but now that is gradually running out - he is staring down a barrel. Surely he can see that & must be desperate to sell?. If he cannot complete the sale soon - he may be looking at selling a League 1 club in 12 / 24 months time - and if that happens his selling price will have drop whether he likes it or not.

All I want now is a little bit of support for Wilder to bring in the targets he has by end of August. No idea if Worrall, Moore, Burrows etc are genuine targets or not, but we just need the Prince to find a way to support Wilder with this so he can at least get us through the next few months with a decent side at least - whilst the Prince tries to unravel this taekeover delay/mess.

I think what he is saying that after 3 years in prem and two years parachute money we can not afford a bog roll . Might be wrong but thats the way i have read it

You got absolutely fuck all. You just post on players that we are linked with, you go with what seems most likely.. it really is not that hard to do, literally anyone could sign up with another account and take guesses on if a player signs who name is ALREADY out there 😂

How about you come up with a name that true ITKs would come up with, you know someone who’s name is not already out there on Twitter and journos… oh forgot you did that with Chambers, how’s that working out for you 😂
