Can we just get to the end of the season and appoint someone young with new ideas rather than change again and have another manager come under the cosh
100% this new manager at the end of the season with fresh modern ideas. Get the young lads all signed up fuck the old guard off an build for the future.

We need to totally reinvent ourselves if we want to ever compete at this level. I don’t want to see another passionate ex-blade as manager for a long time. We shoot ourselves in the foot by having such basic, narrow parameters for a manager.

I didn't want Wilder back in the first place, but it doesn't matter who is in charge of the team, the limitations of the team mean a combined Ferguson, Wenger, Mourinho, Pep, Brian Clough and Jock Stein would fail.

The boardroom is to blame, and the club mentality "Blayyyyddeesss Waaahhhyyyyy" is to blame.

Sack him & bring in a Time Machine as his replacement. No manager could sort this lot out

Like that dopey lummox would have made a fucking difference.
Take a like, not for the McB point as I feel Osula looks like an energetic kids that’s hasn’t really played in a team before

But for bringing dopey lummox back from the 1970’s👍

I'm a wilder backer but I was surprised by tonight's line up.

I did not think Holgate should have jumped straight into starting. Surely he doesn't yet know enough about us.

Robinson is arguably our better performing defender, so for him to make way is a bit perplexing.

Osula and this isn't a crit on him, he's still raw. Archer has far more goals to his name to date in his career and looks more like scoring generally.
I can understand if it's for pace up top but I don't think we always need that.

Lastly Hamer splits opinion sometimes but he has to be in the line up.

Not gonna go too hard on RND, but he's not quite up to speed.

For me our starting line up should have been.

Wes,
Bogle, Anel, Robbo, Trusty, RND
Hamer, Souza,
McAtee
Archer, BBD

The man hasn't a fucking clue. We looked better in December against Villa.

Never wanted him back, I would have accepted him as an interim to see the season out but giving him an 18 month contract and letting him be the guy to plot the rebuild was a huge mistake and I said so at the time.

Great the first spell in charge, until his tactics got found out, since then he’s been a busted flush.

If I were Wilder I’d throw them all under the bus. Simply shit.
They were, but we picked one midfielder (feckin Vini Souza) against a highly technical team.

What the fuck was he thinking? If ever there was a game to pack the midfield and give no space, it was this.

As bad as the players were, the manager was worse.

This exactly.
