Not itk at all but saying this is Jebbo, he can’t exactly sue for lack of earnings as he will still be getting paid. It’s not like he is part time and he can’t do his primary job. He would have to prove it was a clinical error or a problem with the training facilities. If this was him, he can’t prove it has hampered his progression or career prospects. The only thing is if he would be still out injured and unable to work and without a contract. Could look for a lump sum payment compo but either way that would be medical negligence so be looking at insurance paying that.

Well going on the injury issues we have had for the last 2 years or so then I wouldn't be surprised if some players are concerned about the treatment they are getting from the club.

How does a blood test end up resulting in a blood clot? Is it not possible the blood clot was already there and was discovered by the club and someone has put 2+2 together and got 5?

As to him taking action on loss of earnings, if the club is at fault then let’s not forget he’s not had any appearance money or goal bonuses available to him. Meanwhile Osula, who he may have seen himself ahead of, has been involved in first team action. So maybe he uses that as the basis?

Either way, hopefully he can put it behind him and move on to you Wilder.

Seems weird to have a doctor administer the taking of the sample though. I’ve never had a doctor do it and I’ve had thousands of tests. It’s always been either a trained nurse or a specialist phlebotomist.

Any medics on here will know blood tests are a routine thing with most illnesses these days so he has been very unlucky if this is the case.
I have a blood test every 3 months apart from bruising around the point of entry I have had no problems.
Must have been some reason for the test ( maybe it's standard when players resume training pre- season)..
Wilder did say Jebbo is close so maybe .is chief making by whatever way it was sourced.

It’s disappointing that he wants to leave but if this is what’s happened it’s hardly unreasonable is it. The hush around this has been suggested as respecting the players privacy but it sounds more like the silence would be preferred by the club because this is a terrible look. Real shame for him especially when you consider how many minutes he’d have inevitably got this season if he were fit.
