for me hes better than egan in the middle of the back 3 personally and know it wont happen i would still like a back 4 of baldock anel egan and rnd with 2 deep midfielders in front of em for protection in a 4231 system

It's not impossible we start transitioning towards this over the next season or so. At least as a plan B.

We aren't going to be a back 3 forever.

Our best chance next season is presumably to do what we're best at. Anel getting forward from RCB is a big part of that.

very much doubt our centre backs will be in the opponents half much this season apart from set plays but like i said i would like to see us with an extra man in midfield instead of at the back to try and give us a bit more possesion

I watched him last week ball watching as Bournemouth scored their third. His reaction summed him up. just started walking back to the centre circle with a couldn’t care less look on his face and I couldn’t give a fuck swagger. If we have a new Manager the first I would do would be transfer list this lazy arsed fraud and several others whilst I was about it. I want Billy Sharp back at the club sharpish in some capacity. I know what he’d say to this lazy bastard.

If I was him, I'd be asking muly agent to get me out as quickly as possible....

Don't blame him at all. We've got promoted and made the team worse. Why the fuck should he give a shit. It appears the recruitment team don't....

Why should any of the players give a shit in that case.

Why did the players not give a shit under Wilder in the last PL season - because we sold Lundstram ?

Because Wilder demonstrated behaviours that showed players he'd lost the plot and disappeared up his own arse.

We've all worked for companies/managers who demonstrate in their behaviours they don't care, so a natural reaction of employees is to look after themselves.

Anyone who claims footballers are different, isn't really fit to be using scissors or writing in anything other than crayons.

These guys have a c10 year window, so wasting years somewhere that shows utter disregard like we have, is inevitably going to lead to players dialling it in.
 
What's really wound me up today is that he just walked off the pitch at full time not even looking towards the fans, he wasn't the only one who did that. But to not even do a half arsed clap, put his hand up as an apology etc to all of us who have travelled and watched 90 minutes of U12 level football is absolutely unacceptable.
Be fucked off with how you and your team mates have played as much as you like but don't disrespect the fans like that, he showed how little he cares for me.

Credit to Traore, Hamer, Osula and a few others for having some bottle and showing appreciation to the fans.

Like they did under Slav, but changed back when Hecky was appointed, but now they've decided they don't like Hecky.

So if we reappoint Wilder will they spit their dummies out even more or rally ?

Considering most of the fookers who downed tools when Wilder disappeared up his own sphincter last time are still here, i fear the car crash could get a lot worse!!

This is the guy who happily used the pregnant wife excuse to miss about 4 important games last season, so no one should be too surprised

That said, he's not as bad as his performances this season suggest and we should look to keep him as a key player next season. But he doesn't half need a rocket up him

He just seems a bit of a wet fart. Saying that though, I’d rather change shitty nappies after a curry than watch the shit on the pitch lately.
 



Thought he got a lot of plaudits last season that I didn’t think was particularly deserved.

But he’s been well short in the PL.

Theres a good player in there but we aren’t seeing it at the moment.
