Austin John Smith was born on Tuesday weighing 7lb 8oz, my first son (got one daughter already). Will a bookie give me odds on him playing for United?

Now off to buy all the United baby clothes I can find.

Congratulations! :)

Awww... Lovely news :)

Best wishes to you and yours.

Congratulations fella!

I've got two sons, both ardent Blades and even though they are now both beasts size-wise and living miles apart (one in Sheffield, one in Essex, me in London) there's still nowt like a father & sons get-together for a Blades match! Enjoy it!

Thanks all. Fairly sleep deprived at the moment. Been granted a pass out to the Preston match - is one month old too young to take to the football?!

Don't worry mate - we got a full night's sleep just after my eldest lad turned 2.

You're making the poor child support United????? I'm reporting you to social services :-)

Seriously, congratulations.

Mine was 5 before a full nights sleep!!! Don't worry though telling him is going to follow United should make him restless enough

Congratulations.

Wow - I bet it was your last.... :)

Just tell him Curran and Wilson were never ever at The Lane, it's all lies.

Well done fella

You can forget about sleep for quite some time. My guy is six months and we've yet to have a proper night's sleep.
