I'm really surprised that some on here are suddenly so willing to take his word about the budget as fact, especially after some of the stuff said about him on here.

Edit: There's no way he's allowed to publish the exact budget and how much money we have left in that budget, but being linked with Hamer, Smallbone and Akpom as three likely signings suggest that that budget is considerably larger than £7 million.

Very unlikely Souza was £10m and we also have a huge increase in income of around £100m.
Clearly we weren't in good financial health but even so the lack of investment is remarkable.

I agree with that to a point, it seems the constant plan is don't let anyone know what we have available to spend, it's happened in the past with the purchase of Berge, Brewster etc when we've been surprised how much we've spent/wasted.
