Impression i get is when he gets back to sheffield he will sign a new deal or not
Personally i think united arent willing to sell him the oft mentioned 17 m is not official and i get the impression utd would rather keep him than be low balled this way

All these stories from marseilles affiliated accounts are in the hope illi will cause murder with the club and demand a move meaning utds hands are tied and they get him on the cheap

Thats my interpretation from reading between the lines and not being taken in by french twitter accounts

I'm inclined to agree with you,if illie really wants to stay with us,he should tell Marseille or Everton to fxxk right of.

What ever happened to the rules on tapping up? Is this not a thing any more?
I think it still is a thing but generally it happens so regularly now that there's a lot of blind eyes given to it and is generally accepted as part and parcel of transfers now. That said, if what's being said is true, Marseilles are going too far. Would be nice to see them slapped with sanctions for it but somehow doubt they would.

Figures coming out now from random Marseilles Twitter accounts citing an improved offer with bonus payments on top but still below asking price even including those bonuses. I hope its all bollocks, there's something about this which is very unpleasant. If they want him, they can pay the price. It would still be a bargain. Chucking in an extra fifty pence and then sending directors to go and talk to his dad is just snide.

Neither Marseille (or Illi) can set a price.
Only we can do that.
Doesn't matter what riches OM offer.
An actual sale price is an SUFC decision only and currently we don't need the money.

sacre bleu, tout alors , zeese gallic frogs leg eating onion sellers are very annoying mange tout

I thought tapping up , approaching without permission was frowned on , obviously theres no french translation

People need to chill out a bit here.
It’s so obviously a last ditch attempt by OM to unsettle him and save some face they’re resorting to throwing out all the bull shit they can possibly think of.

It was said all along that any new contract would be agreed verbally and signed when they’re all back in the Uk.

The ITK lads posted a few pages back saying it was a load of rubbish.

Just chill.

It's about time United employed our own unsavoury tactics.

Up the minimum price to £30m so they can disappear back under the rock that they came from 👍

Where has the “his mrs is settled in Sheffield” stuff come from exactly?

So where are T blade and rocketman to settle our nerves.
No change. Deal has been agreed in principal. Needs signing in England. 3 year deal. Anything French side of the pond is harder to get information on. Likeliness is that they are still trying until Ndiaye signs the paperwork. I guess their main fear is he signs our contract instead of running his contract down. (2nd best scenario for them apart from a cheap deal now). French outlets probably clinging onto the contract not being signed yet. United relaxed about it. I guess United try not to act desperate when negotiating any contracts. Fans need to relax and hope Ndiaye follows through on his verbal commitment. Nothing to suggest he won't so far 😊

I am sure Hecky will do all he can to keep Ndiaye. it makes sense for us to keep him. we all know what he is capable of.so if he scores a few goals for us. by January the big clubs will be falling over themselves to sign him. That is what the club wants and I am sure most Blades fans will agree. also, I don't think the Prince wants to sell either. We can only wait and see if ought happens and if nowt happens and Ndiaye stays that will be the best news for us.

Why does he need to be in England to sign the contract?
