You already know what he said so why are you asking me as if you don’t?

I saw something from him but might’ve missed the bit where he said we’d be “open to getting a fee of £6m”. Did he say that?

So, this info comes from the fabulously reliable Fabrizio Romano…the one who said we were definitely signing Yann Karamoh from Parma, Alex Collado from Barca and Ismael Kone from Canada. Forgive me if I say, I’ll believe it when I see it.

But I don’t really mind too much if we do sell him now. As it stands he’ll sign a pre-contract with OM in January, go off to AFCON and saunter back to us in February with his heart set on playing his damnedest at 100% commitment to keep us up…? Nah, I can’t see that happening either.

I love my club, I love watching matches, I love being the underdog in the premier league, I love getting new players, we have players who care, we play good football.

Ndiaye going would be gutting, but it wouldn't affect any of the above.
Ndiaye going would impact us of having any chance of playing good football

I see PA's Sheffield United Way pals are already going into spin overdrive on Twitter.

"We sold Jamie Murphy and that wasn't the end of the world." (Or words to that effect).

😂

You’re starting to come across very bitter. If you’re as ITK as you say, why would you be surprised as to what comes out on social media?

Going nowhere it’s bull shit videos from a polish you tuber saying welcome to Marseille and others in France stirring the pot trying to unsettle him. It won’t work

I'm not bitter at all. And I don't ever recall claiming to be ITK.

Let me ask you a question - are certain individuals carrying out an agenda of propaganda on behalf of PA because they don't want to fall out of favour with him?

Exactly. Our 'good' football (which by the way I'm not sure I agree with, especially on the road. Burnley we were not) went through Ndiaye. Without him we'd have to change the whole style.

Anything below 25m is a joke considering Gyokeres gone for 20 odd.
It's really not though is it. If we were to be offered £20m from OM for a player who is desperate to play for them & won't consider anything else with 1 year left on his contract then that's a good price.

If we don't sell him then we'll only be having this same meltdown next year when he's leaving for free & the club has nothing to show for it.

I won't be bothered as much if we stay up and he leaves.

We say thank you for the Memories and move on, keeping us in the Premier league and progressing is what what matters.

But what if he doesn’t and leaves on a free? The club could have had an extra £20m in the bank to rebuild.

I want Illy to stay forever but we’re not cash rich & he doesn’t guarantee survival. That money could be used on signing players on long term contracts and tieing down our current better players Baldock/ Egan etc

Look at the team & style of play Burnley managed to build last year with money raised from player sales.

If you own a business and your most valuable asset leaves for free then you’ve got to have broad shoulders to accept that - I actually think the prince would do this but the player could force the issue

I agree our good football was few and far between Ndiaye and second half of the season Macatee made the difference
We were organised and mechanically effective
How that would work without any creativity I don’t know

It never ceases to amaze me how much I continue to learn from this forum. For example, I had no idea a sandy vagina was still capable of wetting the bed.

Mines both sandy and wet. There isn’t a sanitary product to deal with it.

From what I saw of Burnley they weren't particularly pretty either. They were solid at the back (when not up against us) and quick on the break. Let's not pretend they were Burnsalona.

More often than not it's the effective teams with the better players who do well in the Championship. No point playing pretty triangles à la Swansea if you're going to get beaten 4-0.

Meh. They were better to watch than us imo.

I’m not saying we were Millwall 2.0 but I think the ‘good football’ thing is a fallacy, it wasn’t even as good as Wilderball. We just had one little genius upfront then McAtee supplementing that in the second half of the season.

The frustration with us is that we had the players to be better. We played West Brom off the park at the end of the season but the overriding aim seemed to be to get the job done with minimal effort.

Apart from all that bollocks on the Blades Sold thread? It’s this Bank lads, it’s this consortium, look east, look west…etc.

As for an agenda for HRH, yes they are. He owns the club and can choose what goes out and when. Is the Blades official social media team also a propaganda tool then? The tea lady because she has a blades pinny on?

How do you think this works? HRH tells Sheff Utd Way a story and they go “nah that’s bollocks mate” and post a clip of Derek Geary instead?

Yep, I was so frustrated with our performances on the road. It’s like we never let the handbrake off.

Spin, propaganda or pure BS, it may be all of those and more.

However, PA said 3 years ago that we were going to look across Europe for young talent, the rumours were this did start with CW but he wanted Ramsdale and Brewster rather than the foreign targets we had.

Again, much of the above could be spin but PH is on record saying this would be what we do in future & it looks like he is doing it?

I must admit, I got very lucky with the Go West thing! That was just a coincidence that news broke of an American consortium later on the same day. People shouldn't read anything into that.

If I were a betting man, I'd bet my house on our eventual new owners NOT being American, consortium or otherwise.

SU Way aren't employed by the club. They're an outside outlet, they should be free to scrutinise important things that are happening at the club, goo or bad. For whatever reason, they choose not to. To be clear, I like them lads and haven't got anything against them.

I haven't got anything against that approach. It could work. We had Soucek and Trossard lined up but CW wouldn't entertain them. Madness in retrospect.

I hope to be proven wrong, but I don't think the players in Europe we've line up this time are on the same level as the likes of Trossard.

At least Hecky is open to working with player from abroad. Like you said CW didn't really entertain the idea.

Al the angst about Ndiaye seems to ignore the possibility of him being bought by Marseille & returning to us on a season long loan. If I were PH I'd push the. for that option. Discuss?
