The day the wheels came off?

It was back in April that Ollessendro called MK Dons away as the day the wheels came off last season. I'm currently sitting wondering whether I've just witnessed this season's sequel.

Everything that we did well on Wednesday we didn't do today and we deserved to lose to a Hartlepool side marooned at the bottom of the league.

No leadership at all on the pitch and no guidance from the sidelines; it was like watching a Mucky Adams era performance. Quite why we insisted on lumping the ball forward aimlessly for the full 95 minutes I've no idea, it was obvious from the first 10 that we needed to pass it around them.

Anyway, I'll be at Oxford hoping that was just a blip but before then we've got a tough game at Doncaster with our two first choice centre halves out. We've got to pick ourselves up and improve dramatically.

The good news is that we can't play any worse on Tuesday.

Agree it was the Oldham that fucked us last season, I said to my mate at the game that it was totally unravelleing and he hasnt let me forget those comments.
I think after today we need to get an experienced CB in to cover for the loss of Collins and I fear the Donny game if Maguire is suspended.

Maguire is also overrated, a sign of just how far things have plummeted that he is trumpeted as a great player all the time.

we arent good enough. we dont have the players. especially when anybody is injured or suspended. everybody with eyes has known that all season. its a miracle were even in the top 6. without signings we cant hope to live with brentford, donny and bournemouth the way theyre all playing. were only up there cos those three and coventry started the season so shit and mk dons, swindon and notts county cant get consistency. were probably about the 8th or 9th best team in the division in reality. and thats where were going to finish without at least 3 signings and a miracle on the injuries/suspensions front.
