We could do with five Robbo’s at the back for the cup game.
We might have to settle for:
Baldock. Ahmedhozic. Egan. Clark. Robinson.

Fair pointIt really isn't. Barring a fuckup of immense proportions, we are promoted. The only question is, what date it is sealed.
I never hated him he made a mistake, although not entirely too blame he should have just booted it out.every fucker hated him after Burnley…..
he is all that’s mentioned but he’s totally liable to a major fuck up about 5 times a season .
Shame on youHe’s all the things you’ve described him as yes, but we all know that we need a new LCB if we go up to replace him. He worries me when he’s under pressure which will be every week next season (potentially)
Wish I was as relaxed as you when he’s doing his cruyff turnsShame on you
He’s turning into a nasty Bashambauer...is a gloriously mental, thunderous, hard nosed, committed, take no shit bastard.
What a player to have around the squad. Yes, not the most gifted with the ball at his feet, but always fired up, always gives his all, other sides know they're in for a fight and that they can't mess us around with him in our side. Always clatters at least 1-2 per game, bloody loves a challenge, has one hell of a throw and very useful in both boxes. Proper athlete too, gets up and down well.
Proper gobby, mouthy, mardarse scouser, in the best of ways. Gives us an edge. Exceptional at shithousing.
Always gives 100% within his capabilities. Deserves more credit.
Well in, la.![]()
I know Robinson was originally brought in as left back cover. But it would be a shame to disrupt him at LCB. Although it might work as a one off for the Man City game.We could do with five Robbo’s at the back for the cup game.

Baldock. Ahmedhozic. Egan. Clark. Robinson.
Had a great season to date , got his chance in the side a grasped it with both hands . Always gives 100% & strong and aggressive which you absolutely need in this division, love the lad...is a gloriously mental, thunderous, hard nosed, committed, take no shit bastard.

Contract ends this summer, personally although an area we probably would look to strengthen it depends on the situation with ownership and whether they are after financial stability of a "yo-yo" team or looking to invest cash into all squad positions. A contract renewal for another 3 years isn't a bad option as if we do go down (assuming we go up) we have him for the Championship and he is still only 29.He’s had a good turnaround overall under Hecky, still prone to making costly mistakes here and there but I have to admit even as one of his biggest critics, his mentality has really impressed me, he keeps plugging away and doesn’t give up which is a good quality to have and will rub off on other players in the side. He’s also had a habit of popping up with important goals - yesterday, QPR last season and Burnley this spring to mind which shows he’s a big game player.
That said, he is not good enough for the PL and will be the first position we look to strengthen i expect.
that would be my back 5 for the rest of the season bogle and lowe underperforming yet again neither will be good enough for the premier leagueWe could do with five Robbo’s at the back for the cup game.

I would like to see Clark in the cup semi final side. His experience and big match temperament could be invaluable.that would be my back 5 for the rest of the season bogle and lowe underperforming yet again neither will be good enough for the premier league
Since Sharp, Bash, Egan, Baldock? When was the last time we had an SUFC footballer with his heart on his sleeve like JLT?
His game and his outlook is exactly what is needed, on and off the pitch.
Does he understudy RND or Lowe? He has proven as effective as both !
Always a place for JLT in the blades squad.
That wouldnt be the SAS, would it, just asking for a nut jobPotentially a big player for us next season. One of those who might not start off as a first team starter but will prove his onions when the chips are down, backs are against the wall, and we are battling.
I've been in the forces and know a bit about character. He's got it.

We may want better in a few positions, whether we get 'em is doubtful.I hope we manage to tie him down to a deal, although I personally would want better for the starting XI in the PL, he's an excellent player at the level below and would give us great depth in an important position.
He should have earned himself a reasonable deal (2 + 1 option in our favour).
