I've seen Motley Crue before, never again, one of the most phoned in performance bands I've seen. Also I highly doubt any of the younger generation (apart from an odd few) will care about either bands.

Could not agree more, with them becoming well known at the birth of British Heavy Rock along with Judas Priest, Saxon, Sabbath ect, I could never work out why they went down the REO Speedwagon, Journey path.

On Through the Night is still a classic metal album, then Hysteria happened, and everything from that day to this is utter puke.

I work very close to The Lane so went for a walk round there when I finished at 5pm, was very busy even at that time, loads of people stood in the street around the stadium boozing. Traffic was horrendous too cause of the road closures.

Gildan tee shirts are about 4 quid normally, wonder how much they'll be tonight with ten bob's worth of printing on them

We were delivering on John St about 2 and there were a good few, mainly Crue, already queuing up.
