I can't find the thread that asked this before we played the two games. Would you trade this QF win for us winning the game at Ewood park?

I am saying no mainly as that win has given us at least £900,000 from the FA in Cup placing revenues plus add ons

100% yes. The club's future is riding on promotion.

A little day out to Wembley to get spanked by Man City, whilst fun, is meaningless for our future.
I've seen us lose plenty of big games, at Wembley and elsewhere.. this is just one more to chalk on the board.

Definitely rather have the 3 points.

We’ve had enough trips to Wembley now, if we ain’t going to win, then the day is going to be shit.

A day out is supposed to enjoyable, travelling down to London and seeing United lose isn’t my idea of fun.

Yes. Promotion is far more important.

This result and performance may actually help us get over the line from our current position though.
Good solid performance against one of the divisions better side, two wins in a row, the Man City lads looking good again, galvanised the relationship between players and fans agin and just a bit of feel good factor and confidence back. Add any additional football cliches as appropriate

Blimey CM, you must be a reyt laugh at parties 😂

;)

Not answering. There is no such thing as either/or speculation. We lost and we won. And that’s that.

No. Simply because my son has never seen us at wembley.
If it weren't for that i'd snatch your hand off.
That's so selfish. You'd put our promotion on the line, just so your lad can go to a plastic lego stadium, eat a £12.50 dodgy burger, with a Kraft Dairylea cheese slice lobbed on top and then spend the last 15 minutes of the game ruerin his eyes out as the 5th, 6th and 7th City goals go in? And to think I was the one who campaigned so hard to have your ban rescinded. I just hope you can live with yourself when we lose out in the play-offs. 😉

Well, yes. Because if we won that we'd basically be promoted

Which is probably more important than getting pissed and watching south stand blades and kop blades slugging the shit out of each other in 'siddarn' wars after being put together due to having no choice where to get tickets, before watching City's 5th roll in and thinking "this is why I promised myself 'never again' "
