Before i start i think He's done a great job so far.
My only concern is that he can't bring himself to make changes when certain"big" players are off their game.
Why can't he rest Sander and Norwood and give Doyle and MacAtee a go?
If Jebbo was fit today then why was he not in front of Bill?
Does he not have it in him to leave big name players out
Osbourne and Baldock were great v Spurs yet left out for today.

It’s ridiculous to even think about sacking Hecky this season. He’s got the team to where it is and sacking him now would only disrupt the team.

However, if we bottle this season and slip into the playoffs. Then lose the play offs he should go. He’s had an incredibly strong squad and is repeatedly messing up big games where the pressure is on.

Boro show that finding a quality manager with new ideas can get you promoted.

He obviously had his side ready for today so rested players on Wednesday for today.

I think what we’ve learnt is that Doyle and Baldock should be starting every game like Blackburn and Boro between now and the end of the season.

To see us dominated with physicality again is disappointing. We either dragged them or got dragged into a lot of disruption today. We lost our concentration second half and never had any flow to our game

First half, despite a goal on the counter i thought we responded well. But Norwood became ineffective again because they gave him no time.

We sadly didn’t look like scoring and that’s a worry.

We played our best football playing ndiaye and berge behind a striker and he hasnt done that in ages cause he’s scared of losing the lead on boro
