It's the tweeting the club bit that gets me. Proper cringe. Can only imagine the response from whomever is employed to browse was, 'what tha wanting me to do about it silly bollocks'.

Might have been an Obelix-style punch that knocked him half a mile down the road?!"This is my Dad and me best part of half an hour after the game and best part of a mile away" doesn't have the same ring to it unfortunately.
Doesn't need United fans to sort that shower outexactly ive looked on pigtalk about this thread their unbelievable condeming our fans as scum and thugs when the number of times their fans have attacked united women and kids outside leppings lane is numerous i know for a fact it has happened at most derby games at the sty then they wonder why their boys get ambushed on bramall lane when they come here just a set of arrogant morons
I bet that took about 21 minutes though?!There was a 20 min delay between J37 and 36, I went through Barnsley and rejoined at Tankersley feeling very smug with myself.
It rattles me a little.Everything if you're offering an accurate description of a scene. Same as 'drugged up skinhead' (WTF has his hairstyle got to do with it?), 'drugged up fat bloke' (WTF has his weight got to do with it?), 'Drugged up woman' (WTF has her gender got to do with it?), 'Drugged up member of the royal family who wasn't sweating' (WTF has his status and condition got to do with it?).
None of the above offends me. Does it offend you?
Have you seen the video of Piggy fans (50 plus in terms of age) having a go at Pylmouth fans (50 plus as well) fighting it hillarious. Ooooo they are scarey them Wensdy fans! lol
CBeebies. Silly little sods.Must admit noticed recently round go outdoors a group of about 20 young lads probably aged between about 10 and 15 giving it the big I Am to away fans. Like the baby BBC, all with fake burberry scarves,
The only thing I've ever seen was sadly one of ours cowardly smacking an arsenal fan who was being quiet as a mouse walking up John at in about 1990 and then melting into the crowd. That said I walk away from the train station most times and wait a bit if I'm popping to town or the beer engine. The funnel to Arundel Gate probably has an incident every gamePersonally I have never seen anyone get aimlessly clipped at the football without doing something to provoke or being game for it themselves. Very possible this is what happened on this occasion, if so obviously very wrong, but I'd suggest the hundreds on here/millions on twitter find out what actually went off before being 'disgusted' at whatever went off
There's mouthing off, then there's talking loudly with your friends after a game walking back to the car after an inept performance against a 'lesser team'. I've done it with my mates many times during the Clough era.Despite what many people think on here in 99.9% of cases people don't just get twatted without reason. After seeing how Tottenham fans behave in the past I'd bet my house that he was mouthing off and got a slap. Play with feathers get your arse tickled

Saw a few vLogs from Spurs and they were fuming.
So I could put forward a scenario where he's slagging off Spurs in a loud cockney accent for losing to a shit team from a shit city full of shit people (getting a bit carried away and forgetting where he was for a moment) and someone has overheard him and took offence.
Don't know what happened but could explain why he got twatted, and also the fact he was 'minding his own business.'
Or, he got pissed, tripped over the pavement, and needs an excuse to go back home, as his misses told him not to get pissed, or make a fool of himself and his son was under strict instructions to 'look after him, don't let him drink too much'![]()
Maybe not in your opinion, but it’s interesting that If it was a white guy would he have been described as ‘a drugged up white guy’?Not unreasonable to give a description of the guy imho
He's waiting for sheff utd fc to contact him and send their resident columbo out onto the streets to find the perpetrator...all without a descriptiionSo what's the latest? Has he contacted the police, has anything been done about it?
Have any more details come out about this? Were they alone? Were they quiet? I know they stayed in a Premier Inn so heading thay way made sense. They say some Blades stayed with em so surely to god there's a witness somewhere.
The police helped to deal with him at the time so at least a couple of them know about it.So what's the latest? Has he contacted the police, has anything been done about it?
Oh i agree. However if i went to wrexham match as a blade and got a kicking from their fans outside the ground and away from its vicinity id be asking what their rozzers are gonna do about it, not wrexham fc
Would that depend on the features of who’s writing the account ?Maybe not in your opinion, but it’s interesting that If it was a white guy would he have been described as ‘a drugged up white guy’?
I doubt it
Nowt to do with me, why quote me?!Would that depend on the features of who’s writing the account ?
Genuine accident. Please accept my apologies!!Nowt to do with me, why quote me?!
Those in here that are saying stuff along the lines of - "It's nowhere near the ground, why should United comment" etc..
A fight broke out at the Manchester pub in Blackpool at around 7pm on saturday between Blackpool & Burnley fans... over 2hrs after the game had finished, yet both Blackpool and Burnley put out statements on twitter yesterday
Unfortunately, both clubs have had to follow-up these statements today because the guy has died in hospital due to the injuries sustained.
Nobody shouldn't come home from a football match. And to not come home under these circumstances is just unthinkable.
