Good they are both training.

Bad news is still got 11 hours left of this.

Other potential bad news is what the heck happens if no one goes? Can we pay this EFL fee? And if we can what on earth are we playing at.

If noone goes, then presumably there is no cash to pay the EFL but presumably there is no rush either? We won't be signing anyone before the summer.

Just said in the shoutbox that it makes me think the new owenrs have let all this uncertainty happen so they can swoop in and play the hero 🤣
I like it and I’m grasping onto this like my life depends on it. It is in my head now rock solid ITK knowledge pushing Andy67 into second place.

Get the noose guys, HeCanDoMagic is standing on the 3 legged chair

Apart from the 5 mill a season in LG 0ne and then in the Championship plus the 25 at the start of this season

How much have you put in?

His concerns over the Prince and not putting money in seems odd seeing he claim the club is swimming in money . Needs to FOTH.

Won’t be a reply though. Hit and run poster. Or in his case, shit and run.

I'd love it all to be a wind up. A thread started by The Prince (New Member) Posts: 1.
It's just a video of the Prince pointing at the camera and going "aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!! Just messin about Blades! Was all just a wind up! Everything is fine, Sander's staying, paid off the EFL, had you all going though, eh! Anyway, cheer up you miserable buggers. Prince out."

Putting 2 + 2 together and getting Papua New Guinea, but maybe we have had assurances from the EFL that the takeover will go through before the 30-day umbongo window.

Huge day at the lane

I think either berge goes or if he doesnt he might end up staying

Either way we need new owners ASAP

The Fulham deal. I think will end their interest in Sander. Newcastle loan to buy, not an option, unless they pay 100% of his salary. The main concern now is getting the embargo sorted, be it the prince or new owner. Players are assets of a club, so I find it a bit weird, a prospective new owner to have sanctioned a sale, if negotiation's are ongoing. The lack of transparency by the prince and the board regarding the proposed sale and potential new owner is very concerning.
It would help if the EFL got their act together, and completed the due diligence with a lot more haste!!!!!!

I don't know if it's good, or bad news re: Berge.
Without knowing the full extent of how much trouble we're in behind the scenes and the long-term impact of us not paying our bills (i.e embargo for multiple windows), it's hard to say.

My gut tells me, we need to sell Berge to mitigate a number of potential risks.
Possibly even inc. the takeover deal.

Therefore, but without all of the relevant information, I feel it would probably be for the best if we sold Berge, cleared the debts and brought in O'Brien til the end of the season.
It weakens us a bit in the short-term, but hopefully it benefits us in a big way medium / long-term.

Could it be that the new and old owners have set a target price for any of our assets to be sold and if that is not reached they are prepared to fund the cash flow required to take us to the end of the season in the knowledge that monies realised from promotion or player sales will enable them to recover loans?
£20m plus seems a realistic price for Berge, are we saying match our required price or forget it.

No idea how promptly EFL update their website but...

We are still in embargo

Sanders hamstring scan results are in at Fulham.......

If there's no money in the coffers to pay the debt to the EFL that's one thing. However, more concerning to me would be if it's then inevitable that at some point the money will run out to pay salaries?

Which would result in a point deduction.

Really think it's best all around if we sell Berge today.

Possible, but I would hope that certain costs are already covered, ie. salaries and day to day running etc, where as payments to other organisations/clubs have been put on hold.

We'll see.
