So fans won’t be shocked if tomorrow he’s sold Ndiaye and Berge?
cant see nidaye being sold but of course you can never take owt for granted with sheffield united having said that as they say in football every player has a price so anything is possible

If a bid comes in that matches or exceeds your valuation and the player wants to leave then they leave
Tbf if Ndiaye was sold for £20-25 million this transfer window a lot of fans would be surprised and/or pissed off. More the latter than the former but still a bit of surprise.

yes see your point balti its gonna be down to the wire just think we would get more out of newcastle than fulham howe obviously wants to have a look at berge before he comitts whereas silva seems happy to sign him now on a permanent transfer could of course be a player exchange in any deal as well
We will not get anything from Newcastle, the Prince will.

It's just the reality of football now though. The only reason he's still here is he hasn't asked to go. If he had we'd have to sell. That's where we are in the pecking order

Didn’t say he would. Two player’s returned in less than a month.
Osula, Eastwood, Boyes and Peck have returned.
Eastwood and Boyes have gone back out plus Amissah, Gomis and Williams have gone out.

Shoes off if ndiaye is sold, other than that there's naff all none of us can do about it apart from let things unfold.

This management team is approx 10 wins from promotion and he wants to ruin it. Hey Ho that’s football but he’s doing it to get us out of embargo so he ‘might’ buy a player.

You’d expect the clubs valuation of players to be considered alongside the potential for promotion, so we can afford to cash in on Berge to help pay the bills and get a decent replacement in, but if you then throw Ndiaye into the equation, the value of the player goes up based on the reduced chance of getting promoted and receiving PL money. I can imagine Sander being sold for that reason, but selling Ndiaye instead of or as well as would be suicide

So you’re saying he’s actively interested in stopping the club being promoted now?

well the penny drops! Team 2nd place 13 points clear 4th round of cup and not losing games. One of our midfield shoe ins sold.
Good idea

If the Prince is 'actively trying to stop us getting promoted', is this due to family 'orders'? I.e they don't want another saudi owned team in the PL?
The other option being that we are sold of course......

Might not be a good idea or it might just be the company needs the cash injection .
