I bet Lassie couldAddison
Could McBurnie or the dog nonce go through the civil courts for any damages against the other party?
The dog nonce hasn't, McBurnie surely has been through loads of mental trauma?! Fear of losing livelihood, online abuse etc.He hasn't suffered any loss from a few bruises.
He managed to slip in the trauma has stopped him going to matches. Compo talk.He hasn't suffered any loss from a few bruises.
Could have been worse, he might had been a cat lover. They would see their owners boil in oil and flick a claw. You try getting an Alsatian to testify
And you can bet you'd of had book thrown at you if you broke the cunts jaw
Theoretically yes, but the judge made no finding he was lying and , reading between the lines, it was probably "he says one thing, OMB says another, I don't know who's telling the truth so I can't be certain there was an assault, its NG". That being the case, its highly unlikely you could prove beyond reasonable doubt, the complainant was lying, which you'd need for a perjury conviction. Hence he won't be prosecuted.I get that prosecution witnesses may just have been mistaken. But might anything said in court by DN himself constitute perjury?
You can relax.Iv spent the last few hours at pub with some mates all forest, they think Brinkley is a "daft yoof" but would find it hilarious if mcburnie is found guilty. He better be not guilty or I'm gunna get some right stick in morning.
Very harsh, he's been excellent this season. What a monumental waste of time and money.
You've commented multiple times in the 40-page thread. Any need for a new one?A great day for the British justice system
That blokes poor dog will be getting a proper seeing too tonight
You can only imagine that the Forest dog lover has Been telling all and sundry That he is going to get a massive pay off etc. etc. whereas he now has to hide in his bedroom and watch lassie films until people forget about it all.
feel sorry for him, he obviously has a very sad life.
Any opportunity to use bad grammar is an opportunity not to be missedYou've commented multiple times in the 40-page thread. Any need for a new one?
