Judge says prosecution didn't prove the case to the required standard, it did seem a little bit odd that it even got there considering the sentencing guidelines, hardly even made the cut for any sentence even if proved guilty

If it’s just the one then it’s a stipe or whatever they are called these days, think district judge. Not many got a not guilty from stipes back in the day.
