That’s why they’ve put “court hears” in the titleWrong on two counts
Not his head and he did not stamp on anything as it is currently an allegation
But if it wasn’t said no one heard it. Not being pedantic R just don’t understand how press can print such inflammatory lies if it wasn’t said. If it was said that’s a jurno reporting facts, otherwise is downright lying. That’s why they’ve put “court hears” in the title
No but alhpabetit speghati canCan soup be dyslexic?
If that is real (and I've no reason to believe that it is, cos I can't find the article) then he ought to sue the fuck out of them - that's well out of order and defamation of character!Have I missed a bit, I thought he “allegedly” stamped on his leg. Sun says his head…

A good demonstration of nearly every headline you can read in the gutter press. The Sun and Daily mail twist every story to make people more angry, because it sells papers/clicksJust a general Google search of top stories….

If all they discussed was what was reported then it would have taken 20 mins and not 2 days so I highly doubt it.Have we heard everything said? Were witnesses confronted with their inconsistencies eg he put his hood up (he didn’t), steward could see (he couldn’t), or was it as short as reported snippets suggest?
or potentially start world war 3....A good demonstration of nearly every headline you can read in the gutter press. The Sun and Daily mail twist every story to make people more angry, because it sells papers/clicks
Yet people still read it and click on the links, it's beyond me.A good demonstration of nearly every headline you can read in the gutter press. The Sun and Daily mail twist every story to make people more angry, because it sells papers/clicks
Then parrot it out in General Chat.Yet people still read it and click on the links, it's beyond me.
I’m guessing from Nottingham Toy Town rag that the magistrates (they call them judges) are split on a decision.

His defence is he didn't do it.Surely it’s a mitigating factor is it not. If I assault somebody in the street compared to whether a threatening intoxicated ( possibly) mob invade my place of work , seriously assaulting, a colleague and I ( feeling threatened ) lash out ?
And you can bet you'd of had book thrown at you if you broke the cunts jawThe inconsistency of football match incidents and how they get dealt with, frustrates me.
About 15 years ago my wife got punched in the face by a male Villa fan with no justification or provocation. She needed hospital treatment.
Whilst banged up for the night he declared remorse and how out of character it was, drink involved blah blah
Then went to magistrates Court pleading not guilty and hadn't done it. Until witnesses turned up and changed his plea to guilty.
About £300 fine and nothing else. Not even a banning order.
If it’s just the one then it’s a stipe or whatever they are called these days, think district judge. Not many got a not guilty from stipes back in the day.The Judge is making his decision, I thought it was 3 magistrates.View attachment 149331
