Brewster and McBurnie Charged

I think this video gives the best overall view of procedings, although the quality is a bit grainy, even with it set to HD:

At 13 seconds you can see the yellow-shirted cunt who headbutted Billy run right to left from the bottom-right corner (Billy off screen).

McB and co are at the right of the tunnel, and you can clearly see McB trying to "go after" yellow shirt.

At 19 seconds you can see the Forest-shirted dog nonce bouncing up to a bunch of our lads and then McB and Rhian appear.

There does seem to be one steward there, but with all the bodies around I highly doubt anyone got a clear view.

A ginger bearded man of over 6 feet, wearing a moon boot and coming out of where United players/officials are is “trying to hide his identity “ ! Really ?

Yeah, agreed. It clearly shows that poor little dog nonce comes out of a crowd of fans and runs straight up to our lads bouncing and goading them. Quite how he saw Billy Sharp's bleeding nose which shocked him so much is anyone's guess.

McBurnie and Rhian return from their fruitless pursuit of Billy's attacker and see this fat mess bouncing in Bogle's face and haul him to the ground.

As you say it's good evidence in terms of giving context to what happened, but maybe not the best in terms of proving McBurnie was 100% innocent.

That’s the problem, only evidence they are interested in is , did Mcburnie kick the bloke. The other thousands on the pitch are of no interest what so ever, the bloke nutting Billy, no interest. Did you kick him whilst on the floor? Mcburnie,s got to answer, yeah or ney. Unfortunately why he did it is not a get out clause.
Hope I’m wrong but can see Mcburnie getting a slapped wrist / anger management course and that Arsehole getting some coinage. So easy to play the victim these days.

Think it's a 2 day case so should be decided tomorrow. Would imagine a morning of defence, then a decision in the afternoon

McB (circled red) is nowhere near, having just tried to leg it after Billy's attacker, when Dog Nonce (circled yellow) appears and starts bouncing up and down in front of a group of our players. I have absolutely no idea, in the light of this image, which 6ft plus, bearded, ginger Blades player Dog Nonce thought he was 'having banter with' at this point, as it certainly wasn't McBurnie. By the time McBurnie had got back to the group, Brewster had already got the dog fiddler on his back.

How do you hide your ID whn you are the only bloke wearing a moon boot? You couldn't make this up but someone has, phuck me!

The next witness then called her barrister 'Love.' He was also warned. Surprised to see McBurnies barrister isn’t even a criminal specialist ? She is a health and safety lawyer ???
 
Brewster's and McBurnie's actions are perfectly understandable after viewing that video. Having just seen the club captain headbutted to the floor, they return to the group, after trying to catch up with the perpetrator, to find someone else giving it the big 'I am' in front of their mates. To all intents and purposes, Dog Nonce could be about to do the same, so Brewster takes charge of the situation and nullifies any potential attack. Dog Nonce fucked about and found out.

Wasn't Bogle in a leg brace at the time?
That blokes evidence is a waste of space as he's describing the wrong player. I don't think McBurnie had even left the pitch as him and Brewster clearly recognised the fucker who'd done Billy when he ran past him.

We can see what's happening here Dog Nonce wants a pay out, Forest stewards are trying to deflect blame from themselves for losing control and Nottingham Forest FC want to see the water muddied before the go in front of the FA for an incident where a opposition player was seriously assaulted and other jostled and threatened.
Of course they are all going to say McBurnie stamped on the dog nonce. The way I see it McBurnie and Brewster stuck by their team mate Bogle who was being pushed about Brewster pulled Dog nonce away he fell and McBurnie was lucky not fall on him as the players were being pushed from behind.

Is it too late to get an amendment to the Bill allowing for the stamping on fat little parasites like this prick? Apply it retrospectively. Guaranteed offers nothing positive to society, therefore ripe for a stamping.
 
100’s or 1000’s of ’fans’ rushing at players 2 of which are coming back from injury may be scared to protect themselves tbh who can blame our players? its been said before but one day it’ll happen when a player will gets seriously hurt or worse, Forest and their fans should be held accountable McBurnie and Brewster should get a full apology you can’t fight anyone who’s not there and the Forest fans shouldn’t have been there in that specific place!

Billy Sharp did get seriously hurt people have died from such attacks, a broken jaw is serious.
