Certainly not a fan of much of this WC but with respect to the OP, I just think a few weeks without United (especially with our injury situation) isn't really much of an inconvenience. And I say that as someone who goes to the majority of games.

First game back 10th December, then it's another 9 days, then a week. As far as recovering from injuries goes, this has to help the players and the staff managing the situation.

You could look at it another way in that it’s 9 days to be told that loads of players are ‘back on the grass’ but then mysteriously not appearing in the line up for the next game.

I've been taking advantage of this break to spend more weekend time with the wife & kids.
