One more, if you have an adult and a junior membership, would the system allow the two additional tickets to be both juniors ?

Just a note on Friends and Family thing seeing as there seems to be some confusion...

You have to add people to your account so they can buy tickets for you... you can't add people to your account and then buy tickets for them.

So Foxy had to add me to his online account, so I could see his details on my online account and buy tickets for him under his name.

Also, it's quite temperamental.
Not what I experienced this morning.

I had a friend, added his customer number to mine (you need surname and post-code) and then I could purchase tickets on his behalf.

I would think so - I had 2 adult memberships on my order and bought:
1 x adult + 1 x senior citizen on the first number

Cheers all, just have to wait and see what's left tomorrow afternoon once you've all bought them for your milkman, pet dog etc :D

I had a similar experience to that. I added my account details to my Dad's account so that I could buy his ticket and mine, but his account didn't then appear on mine. So, in effect I had to add my details on his account and his details on mine!

Probably logical, but it doesn't read that way on the instructions. It reads as though he just links his account to mine and then I can buy tickets on his behalf

Anyway sorted now - gone for £64 Upper Tier tickets.

Idecided to phone and get mine. When I asked what block I'd got for £54 tickets was told 502, really high up and on the side, so I asked for £64 tickets and was told block 102 again not great, on the side! So rang off and will try again later and hope to get behind the goal. It's all bollocks really isn't it? I pay £216 for tickets and have absolutely no choice where I sit.

When I bought £54 tickets, I got a choice of upper tier (which are down the side) or front (which are behind the goal).
I would have thought they should have given you both options on the phone also?

We've dropped another bollock ..........................look how Udders are sellin tickets and learn SUFC !
and coach travel @ £30

Decided to get them online , as there is a choice. Five minutes and done, behind the goal as I wanted. AND I don't have to listen to 'Can I hold you' any more this season! Welcome to the modern world me :)

Udders are paying summat like £5 extra per ticket cos it's ticketmaster though (booking fees and postage).

Would that be through Ticketmaster who sting the fans for another fiver in admin costs? The Udders fan at work is saying he wishes their club could do it themselves like we are!

And the coach is £33 so with the extra £4 in admin a whole pound cheaper for the package!

Can I get 2 adult tickets using a child's season ticket or do I have to buy child tickets?

Blackpool was £2.50 per ticket and 50p postage per ticket so an extra £12 if you're booking 4 tickets. I suppose if you're paying £50 for a ticket than the extra £2.50 probably doesn't matter if you get to choose exactly where you want to sit.

It's more annoying when you spend £50 on a ticket and end up sat a row in front of someone who has paid £38 !

The biggest bollock dropped is Blades who want to be together and generate sum atmosphere will de dispersed....... unlike Udders

A maximum of 20 tickets can be bought together in one transaction.

like a fookin library Wemberleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

lets just hope we don't need man number 12

I found last time though that Wembley seems too huge to generate any kind of atmosphere. The sound just seems to get lost.

Compare to somewhere like Brentford, where the roof is almost touching your head, the sound was deafening.

The atmosphere is always brilliant................until we concede :(.

I've never witnessed anything like the atmosphere when Hopkins scored in '97.

True Linz ................ but the fact that Blades that like to be vocal are dispersed doesn't help.

Stupid question, sorry if covered already, but we have four season tickets in my Family and have used all four, buying one ticket each for each ST.

Now my mate wants to go, can I now buy him my other ticket available on my ST, or did that have to be done on the same transaction and we've missed out on that?

Just got the tickets online - £54 as all the other cheaper bottom tier seems to have sold out?

Got the confirmation email and everything but cant see anywhere it tells you the block number, or am i just being blind?

It does look like the £44 on the lower tier are gone. Hopefully the club will update us like I remember from 3 years ago with where there was good availability.

This was my point yesterday, with loads buying 2 for 1 today, it's going to limit the choice for later in the week. In addition, a lot of people will be moved up the points ladder today by people buying tickets for them and they in turn will be able to do the same tomorrow.

Do you not find out what block until the tickets arrive when ordering online then?

Looks that way. There's no ticket information in your transaction list when you go to check your points.

Or we could have sold it like last time, have had the thousands of complaints again about not being able to sit with family and friends because of the tight loyalty point cut-offs and probably end up selling an embarrassingly low amount of tickets.

It's a comprimise between the need to sell tickets to groups of people, but still reward those with high loyalty points. It can't be perfect but it's way better then either extreme of 1 per person or what I recall used to happen for these big matches of something like 4 per season ticket etc.

I don't see many dissenting voices at all this time around, I think United have got it right.

Bit rubbish that isn't it. Want to see (hope) they're where they are.

Surely they know at this point what seats i have been given!
