Why do I love this club with all my heart yet they cause me so much pain.

That tonight was atrocious against a team that were there for the taking.

Plus Points. Davies will take confidence from having fuck all to do. After that im struggling

Piss poor tonight lads. Sort it

That’s football mate I’m afraid. We should have won but somehow lost. Basham is one of my fav players but dear oh dear. No fresh striker legs til 88 mins. Where do we go from here. Unbelievable.
 
We absolutely didn't deserve that. Minimum we get tonight normally is 0-0. Another night it's a 1-0 deserved win.

The team pre international break wins this 2 nil at least.

These injuries and results are testing the manager coaches and the squad. So far fair to say the response isn't good enough. Regardless that we deserved more in a few matches. That the point.

I know mate but I won’t sleep tonight. I’m 51 years old and should be able to get over it but nights like this want me to drop kick the tele into next door

Is that normal ?

I can't make a case to say they deserved it. Nobody can. They hardly threatened and then our most experienced player does something totally baffling.

Meanwhile early season luck has truly deserted us, hitting both the post and crossbar that second half.

But you make your own luck and the management need to be asking themselves some serious questions.

They did absolutely nothing to force that game just now.

I struggle to buy into Brewster being the solution but with 10 minutes left at 0-0 and a total of 5 subs you can use, to have Brewster, Khadra, and Sharp still sat down is almost unforgivable.

This is a team that could have still finished the night in first, going to the team in last place.

Maybe they are not quite a bottom three team with the game imbalance but this was a team missing O'Hare and a few others too.

Piss poor management. We're now on a run where, QPR aside, we've just thrown points away to the teams currently placing 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd.

You have to do more than have zero shots on target in a game to win.

We might have looked most likely to score (not hard, they never even ventured forward), but 0-0 was what we deserved.

I actually think we maybe deserved a draw v QPR but draw v Brum was right and we deserved nothing at Stoke. Saturday 11 v 11 Blackpool were better and would have won but for the red cards. Tonight we hit the post but keeper has not had a save to make. Our made one. It was an awful game. We maybe looked a bit more likely but did bugger all with it. How we lost is incredulous as they were awful?

We have played some lousy sides apart from QPR and been as bad or if not worse than most. Worrying.

We look so slow and weak. Take out Ndiaye and are we much better than a Coventry?
 
We need strength and height in midfield, someone who can win the ball and then retain possession in order to establish a platform further up the pitch to subsequently control play. Ndiaye puts in more effort than the rest of the midfield and forwards put together

It was absolutely not atrocious. We should have won. We lost. It’s football.

Lets face it Coventry were awful and were never going to score from open play, that piss poor challenge from Basham was unforgivable, God only knows why he thought he had to make it?

Waghorn wasn’t ever going to score from there and Basham was never going to get to the ball. I think we need a clear out, before we are going to be realistic promotion challengers and it won’t happen this year imo.

2 points from a possible15 and we’re still in 4th place only 2 points off first, is unbelievable. Just shows what a poor Championship it is this season. I think we’ve made some good additions to the squad, but sadly the back up squad players, just seem to be off the pace. Whats more,we desperately, desperately need a goal scorer, to complement Ndiaye neither Brewster, Sharp or McBurnie are up to it.

FFS, If we’d shown any of the our early season form, we’d be about 8 points clear, by now.

Our early season away form wasn’t much different even though we got results and we certainly had the run of the green

Well I thought that earlier in the season, we were playing in a much more dynamic style, fast paced, with slick one touch passing and movement. The last five games have been at a much more pedestrian pace, too many balls played square or back towards our own goal, allowing the opposition to get back and get organised.

With our current style, the only way we could ever catch teams on the break, is if we came out early from half time. 😤
 



I’m 68 and feel the same way. Seems that it never leaves you 😂
