Unless you know for a fact that hand size has absolutely no correlation with goalkeeper ability, the statement is valid. It is reasonable and logical to assume that having bigger hands will let you keep out more shots. That doesn't mean it's correct, or that it's factual, or that it's persuasive.

I wasn’t talking about facts when it came to hand size, because you weren’t either. It absolutely isn’t logical to assume having bigger hands will make you a better keeper, that’s just stupid. It would be logical to assume a bigger hand span would allow you to hold a football better but that doesn’t really have anything to do with being a goalkeeper

I understand the definition as you provided it. Your inability to answer my subsequent questions on it isn’t my problem.

You might have noticed that you chose to put yourself in the middle of the discussion nobody asked you to join in. So saying you ‘never said’ X isn’t really my issue.

From where I was sat in the BLUT Wes was clearly 8 inches with just a semi. Couldn't comment on the Tangerine coward. Loooked like a snail shell with the head poking out at best.

I've not seen Davies for a while but he was excellent at Barnsley. Did ok the few times I saw him at Stoke

While Wes was dogshit at Ranger and much of his time at Swindon. And yet has been one of our best players.

I've always thought Davies looked s capable keeper when I've seen him and was pleased when we brought him.

The next three games give him an opportunity. If he performs like he has previously, then Wes could find himself on the bench.

The clip in your post shows it different to how I remember, and even seems different from the sutv, because of the angle.
I'd say my initial impression was wrong, Wes's reaction is to the shirt pull from behind.
