Premier league rules I think. Something like 10% minimum. We had previously been giving out 2k.

We also had to play home friendlies at notts county this summer whilst the ground had the necessary changes for the premier league circus. Some being VAR obviously

Man Utd must be insane sending him out on loan..

Then they're trying to sign new keepers !!!!

It's a lunatic asylum at the moment. They must be haemorrhaging money.
I think hes gone on record saying he wanted to get out the door before ETH came in because he knew if he'd seen him in training he wouldve wanted to keep him around.

Sounds arrogant but I think it's totally understandable. He now has a realistic shot at being in the england squad. If pickford wasn't southgates boy, it would be cometely open between pope pickford, Henderson and ramsdale for number 1 spot

Out of those I’d say it’s between Pickford and Henderson for the number one spot. Pickford makes errors for Everton but he’s been solid for England. I’m still not convinced by Ramsdale and think he will eventually be found out at Arsenal.

If Henderson continues this form I doubt he will be at forest next season.

As for Forest my suspicion is that they will be ok this season. I'm thinking 12th or so..
However the amount spent brings pressure. Start to struggle to pick up points and it could go a bit wrong .

Yeah think we might regret not nailing down that option to buy fee. Might be in a max lowe position next summer.😉

It'll be funny what happens with expectation levels. I think the fans would take going down admirably, but it is the owner who has higher expectations than the fans. I think he finds our acceptance of a generation of underperformance as a bit odd.

Well be at the front of the queue for Henderson next summer if we stay up. He won't go and play for Man United now.

You seem fair enough pal but if you think the rest of your fan base will take going down 'admirably' you've got a screw loose. Rarely seen arrogance like it.

First time I’ve watched their new team yesterday. They’re one half electric and one half Stone Age. Could hit 5 or concede 6.

They’ll be good for Sky I think, one way or another.

I never liked them, entitlement to rival pigs, Leeds and Newcastle - imagine a fan from each meeting in a sports bar in a Spanish resort telling the others why “they” are the biggest club

Also watching Hendo & MGW is like seeing your ex out with another bloke who drives a nicer car and has a few more quid than you

However, in answer to your question

Bournemouth - obvs
Fulham - silva sacked from 3 prem jobs, too good for championship, not good enough for prem
Prob Brentford, Southampton ??
Everton are in a mess, Leicester troubled
Also interested to see how Leeds fare, not convinced by Marsch
Villa- depends who replaces Gerrard when they sack him before World Cup break

We know what Hendo brings at the back, not just in saves but confidence to defenders
Then I reckon in MGW, Johnson & Dennis they have enough up top to finish above 3 of the above

Unfortunately.

Forest could easily have been on the end of a similar massacre to Bournemouth's on Saturday and are equal on points
From.what I've seen forests defence was breached so easily I can't see them being as solid as any of those teams listed

Ignorant exuberance I would say more than arrogance, certainly in and around the ground. It is a crazy experience at the moment. Not sure what specific arrogance you are seeing but if it's from twitter then it is what it is, twitter.

I would agree though that losing admirably against spurs at home will be viewed differently from losing 'admirably' at home against Brighton say.

They looked poor defensively.

Losing admirably ? Spurs looked like.scoring every time they had the ball

You looked like a plucky lg 1 team in the cup

Based on what ?

They appear to have a limitless pot of cash. I think they've already signed some real quality and won't stop. Its no guarantee, but while ever you're able to bring in quality, you're going to stand a much better chance. Finding his best side and getting them to gel is quite a task though. Defence will probably be next to be overhauled.

No we didn't. Spurs are obviously better than us but we made sure they worked for it. We tried to take the game to them and got burned after 5 minutes for throwing too much at them. Naive for sure.

In reality at 1 nil they could do what Spurs are very capable of doing. Shutting down the game and be devastating on the break. Our defence played really well but were really hanging on. Cook dominated kane in the air for good portions of the game but this is harry kane not lukas jutkiewicz . He will always find a way to be better than a competent centre half over 90 mins.

Attacking wise we were looking quite neat and tidy without really threatening . You guys will know, you have to work so hard to score against high quality opposition in the prem and we came up a little short but certainly signs are good to get some point at home this season.

I think goals at both ends will remain likely as others are saying.

I live in Nottingham so the arrogance that's infront of my eyes

It's 3000 or 10% if capacity smaller than 30k. Sometimes is more than 3000 if can't segregate or less (like us) again if close to 3000 for segregation reasons.

Perhaps it's just me, but I like to see our ex players doing well at their respective clubs, regardless of it being Forest or anyone else. I think it reflects well on our development of them.

Isn't it about time the scab stuff stopped now, it was nearly 40 years ago ffs.
It's like the Wendies still harping on about Boxing Day 1979.

Haha. And I don't so I dont see it!
Iv been here for five years now and never had any issues till this year. I'm 27 so my view of the city isn't skewed by things in past like strikes and shit but fuck me how things can change! Got attacked at a wedding during first leg of play off, been told all nicely while wearing a blades training top "you can't wear that raaand err yoof". Lads iv known and drank with for years have gone from championship realists to talking about top six and Europe in a matter of months

Impossible - Spurs only had 7 shots on target😂😂

It’s how we see it I guess

My view is of the 3 promoted teams who has the best squad?
Who has the best manager?

Who has confidence and momentum over Everton, Villa, Southampton etc

I want them down as much as th next blade, but I can acknowledge their squad, begrudgingly.

If you think they have a better squad than villa ,Leeds , Brentford and Everton then no wonder you think 7-0 is an OK scoreline

Only verbally attacked I hope. That'll all settle down. In my mind if you give it the biggun when the going is good you deserve some grief when its not. You have my blessings to give them some real shit when we lose haha.
