Perhaps I've been conditioned over the seasons but to be honest... I don't like the stripes on the back. Watching last night it just looked a bit cheap somehow.

Bar about 10 or so seasons here and there we've had stripes front and back going as far back as the 1890s. There's something very wrong in thinking it looks wrong.

I'm not sure what to do. The shirt is nothing special, and it'll look ridiculous if you don't have a name & number on the back. On the one hand, I want it because I like to have the shirt, but on the other hand I don't want to waste my money cause it's pretty shit.

I'll be waiting until the january sales to get one. I usually get them at the start of the season but with all the carry on with this it just doesn't have the appeal. It's almost been an after thought in a way. Plus, there is still nowt on the website. What sizes are available? Shorts? Socks? Leisure Wear? Why is there nothing at all? It's amateurish.

I'd also wait till towards the end of the season to get one on the cheap but I can't see that happening. I get the impression that Errea will just give us the shirts in small quantities as and when we need them, rather than Adidas giving us 20,000 all in one go. Yet Errea couldn't even supply us with a few kits for pre-season so that doesn't bode well.

Middlesbrough shirt is £50 and QPR's is £52 with youth shirts being sold at £42 by both clubs.

Just a waiting game now to see if the club price our shirts within that bracket but the lack of info leads me to think they will charge us more
