He played much better than that in pre-season tonight he just dialled it in whilst wishing Forest will take him back
 

Never looked remotely good enough at any point when he's played for us. My god him and Fleck were a diabolical combination.

Chesterfield, Alfreton Town then Staveley Miners Welfare is the only direction his careers going if he doesn't buck his ideas up
 
Looked like he never got to grips with the pace of the game tonight, almost like he wasn't prepared to come on and was caught by surprise when he was needed.

His face said it all to me, only got a brief glance but he looked stroppy. Definitely needs a move, and if we can recoup the £3m we paid for Anel then that’s solid business imo. (I was previously of the impression we could push for £6m but honestly after seeing his body language we need to shift quick)

I'm all for giving people a proper chance but after that performance he'll be lucky to get another game. I certainly wouldn't give him another game. He was just as bad as he was pre-Forest.
The truly frightening thing is that he's only just a bit worse than Stevens and RND, who are both utterly pathetic and offer nothing going forward. Stevens, like Fleck, has fallen off a cliff and RND has never looked good in a United shirt for any reasonable period of time.

I'm going to let him off with that performance. Yes he was bloody awful but if he'd even played one decent pass, he'd have outshined the rest of our midfield and I don't think he wanted to show them up like that.

Seriously though, he was chucked on unexpectedly, midway through an all round awful performance and was probably pissed he only got the chance cos Enda got injured. He proved at Forest he's a good player so I'd stick him in against Millwall. A full warm up following a few days training for the game and I'm confident he'll be up for the job.
 
Don't watch it but I imagine of you got a random contestant from love island to play for us he'd play exactly like Max Lowe did toady

Soft a shit and pretty much useless at everything he did today .. as always.. ffs blades get rid of shit players this... we might even have got some money out of forest
 
I’m hopeful Lowe could be the answer at LWB but you can’t perform like that even when you’re coming off the bench because you just simply won’t get picked.

Stick your average semi pro player on and I mean average and he does better than Lowe tonight, shouldn't be any excuses.. just get rid
 
I'm not one to over react but Lowe has always looked very ordinary ability wise
which you can forgive but he often seems disinterested like he's going through the motions and that's not acceptable.

Maybe he knew he was sub and just wasn't mentally prepared to play.

£3 million...£3 f in million...tell me you are joking? The lad couldnt even pass a ball accurately over 10 yards. He made so many.mistakes it was untrue.

Forest are shopping in a different market now.and nobody else is gonna.pay over 300k for him meve remind 3 million!!
 

Clearly doesn't want to be here + Hecky won't have the balls to sort him out or sort out a move for him

It's almost impossible to play that badly twice.

Seriously he had a proper mare. But let's not dismiss an entire season of decent performances on the back of an awful cameo. It's clear he can play better.

I haven't seen much evidence that the likes of Osborn and Fleck can.

Subs should be ready to come on at any time, I'm not buying this was surprised to come on crap.
 
He's a good player for sure but maybe it isn't ever going to work out with you. Only a few minutes in one game of course but not sure PH fancies him.

Perhaps he just isn't a very good sub. I often think that some players must be better at it than others.
 
Thought that Lowe looked uninterested enough tonight which is very disappointing as he was doing well at Forest & should have been well motivated. Stevens is not going to last a season (hopefully!?). Fleck & Norwood were very poor particularly in the 2nd half. Free kicks & corners were abysmal. Heckingbottom needs to sort it or it will be a long long season.
 
Absolutely awful and IMO was at part fault for the goal ....he was that good for Forest that he’s back at UTD....in short they weren’t bothered about him
 
Don't worry, he will be injured and out of the picture as soon as the window shuts.
 
Probably not a good idea to take much notice of anything football related from the dog botherers, pitch invading, massives of the midlands.

I think forest would take him via olympiakos, theyd be silly not to as he played well for them apparently, he’s not worth 3m to us, but i know my forest mates wouldve snapped our hands off at that price
 
When he took a touch and then just passed it straight out of play. I mean.... I can do that and I play football about as well as Elton John.
 
He had an absolute stinker last night.

Why we didn't bite Forest's hand off when they offered a couple of million for him I'll never know.
