we tried for 3 years to get the bastard fit and we couldn’t. We all know he’s a game changer but that’s no good if the only think he’s changing is the channel in the physio room. Furthermore “he knows he has a point to prove”- would be a valid argument if he hadn’t spent the year he knew he had to perform to earn a contract somewhere continuing to fail to get fit

And he's had his share of apologists who are strangely silent these days. Loads of 'he lost his friend' mewling as if his commitment to the club and his contractual obligations to optimise his physical condition and readiness for play was somehow obviated or excused. Billy Sharp lost his baby son, something we all know very well and offer our support and sympathy as much as we can. But the bloke knows that that matter is that, but he still has a shirt to wear and goals to score. That's his job. I've lost friends and family (including my step daughter aged 27 from leukaemia) but it didn't stop me fixing warships.

I blame Wilder 100% for Mousset. The writing was on the wall straight from the off with him not completing 53 appearances for Bournemouth and being bottom of Eddie's list and Mousset not coming on loan first with an option to buy. Wilder jumped straight in and wasted ten valuable million quid on a busted flush of a player. And he never started and finished one game for us either.

A lesson learned the hard way.

That statement would hold water if there weren't as many empty-headed delusionals on here who you could actually believe would support such a notion of giving the fat waster 'another chance', because he'd shouldered Phil Jones off the ball and ran onto Lunny's deep curving pass, or shinned a goal in at the Olympic Stadium (or wherever it was, I forget) in an unremarkable, disappointing three years at the club.

Tell you what. I think it was a mistake selling Lundstram, we should have never have sacked Wilder either. Both were great for the club. See also McCabe ....
