Bert is shocked if this is true.

Personally I think he's cost the club enough already. Re-signing him would be throwing good money after bad.

Atrocious attitude (probably the worst I can remember and that include Kevin McDonald), never fit, never looks bothered, more concerned about his cars, posing with his mates and Instagram account than football. I think I'd rather have Chris Porter back - next to no ability but at least he always gave 100%.

One very short purple patch aside, he was abysmal and it's no surprise he's struggling to find another club, never mind one that will pay him >£1m/year. Such a waste as he had the natural talent to be a world beater.
I never understand the k mac criticism, utd did same what they did to Kenny, got em to sign new contracts for peanuts so obviously when someone else offers you more obviously your gonna leave

Getting him back would be akin to one of Wilder's failed reclamation projects. We know he's decent when he's fit and has his head screwed on but the reality is that he's not and its not something that's easily changed because they'll both go hand in hand. You can say the same for Ravel Morrison and Jack Rodwell but they both stank.

We'll forget about him for a while then someone will stumble across a picture of him in a few years time looking like Naseem Hamed's body double.

More like tangos

I actually really rated K Mac as a player - he was arguably Utd's best player at the time and the impact of him leaving (especially under such poorly managed circumstances by the Board in agreeing to that buy-out clause) was obvious for all to see.

However, I was calling out his attitude rather than his ability. There are several stories from his time at Burnley including when he walked out of a game and went to watch tv in a nearby pub. I've heard a few shockers from his time at Utd including when he was apparently almost sacked for allegedly turning up to training 'under the influence'.

Can't wait for Mousset v Burke, the Bundesliga won't know what's hit it

He has a decent agent:

"The new VfL signing is “glad that the waiting time is over for me. I'm a soccer player, so I want to be on the pitch and play as much as possible".
