Not until everything’s signed and sealed what happens if he gets injured? Who is liable and would we still go through with it in good faith or cancel it and look for a player who could help us?

That’s the players prerogative, but if that is correct, it goes a little against Heckys idea that the first thing for him is that the player wants to play for the club first and foremost.
