Burnley are fucked. They’re (the yanks) leveraged hard against loans and no one will earn more than 20k a week there. Parachute payments to pay for the loans.

Me, I mentioned us. I would have loved us to finish 4th bottom 6 years running instead we got relegated. Terrific feat for them to stay in top flight as long as they did with a smallish fan base. So for them to qualify for the preliminary rounds in Europe yes Olympiacos are a European team was better than anything we have achieved like it or not.

Where has it got them? Eventually relegated with a mass exidous of players now lumbered with a massive debt and incompetent owners. So no I wouldn't have loved us to do that, I would much rather do what Fulham have done than Burnley or even Norwich. Nobody would deny finishing 7th for a club like Burnley is great success and nobody has but floating with danger year after year will soon catch up and it has.

I'll be honest mate, I can't stand premier league.....diving cheating squealing overpaid wankers the lot of them but if you don't want to be in the best league in your country then what's the point. Its supposed to be about competing with the best
