There is a video on their website (https://en.errea.com/about-us/) which shows europeans working in factories. I assumed Italy but could be Eastern Europe.I’m pretty sure the Errea stuff will also be made in Asia.
Errea is made in Italy, Adidas is made in various countries across Asia.
Disagree about being dull and uninspired. Pink kit was not dull and the green and gold was the nicest i’ve seen in a long time.
You pay for what you get. Same with fashion, you can go sports direct and buy a wardrobe of Gola/Everlast for the same price as one item from Adidas/Nike but doesn't mean that sports direct is better value. You are definitely paying for a name but also better quality, fit, textile, longevity & technologies.
Plus we are joining the ranks of Brid Town and Gabon national side #Punching on a side note it will be interesting to see what "vision" is created before passing too much judgement.okay so one is made in Italy and one is made in sweatshops
I don't think it really matters. Its been said already on here - Nike/Adidas whether they're made by craftsman in the Himalayas or by sweatshops they have the name. I'm not much of a brand snob in my personal clothing but for football teams they want to be seen as up there with the big leagues.Aye, ‘cos when I’m selecting wardrobe / attire my first thought is what are they wearing on the East Yorkshire sea front or downtown Libreville
Although makes a good pub quiz question!Aye, ‘cos when I’m selecting wardrobe / attire my first thought is what are they wearing on the East Yorkshire sea front or downtown Libreville
aye (IMO) best (home) kit we’ve ever had (in the ‘nylon’ age)
ShitTo all Blades of a certain age I would like to share with you the new away kit of a fellow championship club. Macron hasn't been mentioned much in this thread but I wish our new away kit is to be as good as this. (imo). A few might sell at our club shop with obviously the Blades logo. For me I loved View attachment 136964seeing the Blades wearing a very similar kit.
I am a stoke based blade and came across this in the local paper.

Ahh, the modern face of ripping off the punters. Make the away shirt so similar to the home shirt that you need a 3rd kit. I've said for ages some simple regulations by football authorities would alleviate all this:
* Away kits to have no major colours found in the home shirt.
Do you actually think if the shirt is made by Errea it will be cheaper to buy in the club shop than the ones made by Adidas.probably all made in the same factory let's be honest
Adidas kits for the large part have been dull and uninspired, and cost twice as much as they should
Agree to a point, but, away shirt should be: yellow/red/black.Ahh, the modern face of ripping off the punters. Make the away shirt so similar to the home shirt that you need a 3rd kit. I've said for ages some simple regulations by football authorities would alleviate all this:

That home shirt has probably the worst stripe placement of any we’ve ever had.For example, 2 of the best shirts weve had:View attachment 136976
Home shirt is iconic, but not the best. For example, 2 of the best shirts weve had:View attachment 136976
Let's get away from material, the materials from the 90's have gone, so obviously it wont be the same!Home shirt is iconic, but not the best.
You were never sure where gnr middle stripe would be on any shirt.
It bobbled easily as fuck
And the material used is awful
Away shirt is a lovely design, but again material was cheap and unbreathable like all in that era.
Give me 96-7 home and 89-90 away, buy with modern materials.
Ok, I never understood why the arms never seemed to match, and they also never seemed to be able to properly centralise the stripes, but, again, your missing the point. That home shirt has probably the worst stripe placement of any we’ve ever had.

It's an iconic Blades shirt, and the perfect template to use for the new ones.
Best player, not best shirt, in my opinion anyway.Even mattbianco1 with his fancy pants designs agrees this is the best shirt ever. Perfect
Nowadays, we sell home shirts from 2 seasons ago in the shop, waste not want not!I might have dreamt this, but back in the day did we often play our last home game in the following seasons new home shirt?
Best player, not best shirt, in my opinion anyway.
Oh, and didnt win the poll eather, so, yes, a decent shirt at the time, but overall, everyone has different preferences.
Definitely an age thing.I also think age plays a part, old duffers like me prefer just red and white. It wasn't until the season after that TC shirt that black was ever a part of the shirt, so the "black pin stripes is what makes a blades shirt" doesn't stack up, 1891-1975 no black at all, 26 shirts since with some black in it.
Definitely an age thing.
But it sets us apart from, Brentford, Stoke, Sunderland, Southampton etc.
Funny how majority of the red and white shirts are worn by teams from cities beginning with 'S'.
Well, I, as many others, probably under 50/60's prefer the black pinstripe. In my opinion, it makes the shirt look better, otherwise, it just seems to make the shirt look too red?It doesn't. All those quoted have had a black pin stripe at some point or another. Besides, why does shirt design have to be the defining difference? They could all wear identical red and white striped shirts (which they pretty much did in the 70s) but the badge sets them apart.

And the shirt should be a defining difference, having a generic shirt in this day and age is just daft.
Surely you want the shirt to stand out?? Why would we want to be the same as another club??
