I can completely understand some fans thinking he hasn't got the money potentially or is a front for someone else but people stating there's no evidence he even exists really pissing into the wind IMHO.

There's absolutely no way on earth you get to the point of having bids accepted, not just showing interest but bids accepted, for 2 large football clubs and not be real. If he doesn't exist how were the bids made, how was the negotiating conducted, is someone pretending to be a fake person??

Nobody knows. It's just that everything we do know looks dodgy. Look, I'll be delighted obviously if he's the front of a multi billionaire group ready to take us over but Newcastle went through this entire debacle with him (or this group) and you only have to look at their local journalists to see what they think about his supposed wealth and proof of funds. Even the guy who broke the story says he will "astounded" if it goes ahead given what happened with his Newcastle bid and the lack of transparency about his bid.

There were/ are few (if any) ‘philanthropic’ owners - perhaps Walker &/or Gibson?
Ultimately ownership, ‘legitimate’ businessman or otherwise is, by definition, almost exclusively entered into to make money, or at the very least (Gibson?) massage (inflated) egos
I find it hard to be vexed, or enthusiastic that the (possible) new fella is better or worse for the club than his predecessor(s) - each & everyone of em is in it for themselves

Nobody does. Its just that nothing as it stands points to anything good. If we find some evidence of him or the group having vast wealth every single person on this forum will be delighted.

Right now though everything we do know looks concerning and there's not much point trying to pretend differently. I don't think anybody is trying to be negative for the sake of it but we are talking about selling our entire club here. Its not just a transfer.

My point is it's all heresay. A handful of negative documents take the excitement away tbf, but equally could be meaningless.

All we actually seem to know is the Prince's legal team think he can pay. Plus the Prince previously said he'd sell to the right kind of person
