He's not an obvious choice for a real bidDoesn't make sense for the front man to be so secretive! Doesn't even have a photo on his LinkedIn.
Cool, all current up to date stuff and shows the full picture. Look, not saying you're wrong, but there's a hell of a lot we won't be privy to, so let's just wait and see.Company filings, court documents, Dun & Bradstreet records etc
Nothing I say or do on here effects it so I probably won't just wait and see. I'll form an opinion based on the evidence to handCool, all current up to date stuff and shows the full picture. Look, not saying you're wrong, but there's a hell of a lot we won't be privy to, so let's just wait and see.
Didn't yesterday... Now it's this one?!
If someone did a similar internet search on our current owner what would come up![]()
And a real human. Can't underestimate the part existence plays in good ownershipWhatever you think of The Prince he's a proven legitimate businessman.
Are you sure. Have you personally touched or licked him?And a real human. Can't underestimate the part existence plays in good ownership
If that's how you confirm existence then I bet you don't get invited to parties very oftenAre you sure. Have you personally touched or licked him?
I imagine this will all be put to bed once the EFL have been alerted of the lack of photo Mauriss’ LinkedIn profile.Doesn't make sense for the front man to be so secretive! Doesn't even have a photo on his LinkedIn.
How’s this deal been brokered in your mind? Was it a Jacob Esan style email that the Prince just responded “ah oreyt then”, to?And a real human. Can't underestimate the part existence plays in good ownership
It’s one of the fit & proper tests. Alongside how many Instagram followers they have and if they have their own Tik Tok channel.I imagine this will all be put to bed once the EFL have been alerted of the lack of photo Mauriss’ LinkedIn profile.
I've heard that the real money man behind this is Kevin McCabe, he has contacts in America and he's got a consortium together with this American is the front man but with other people all with interests with United also involved which includes Charles Green as the media guy, Sam Hashimi so he can develop Bramall Lane into "an international arena" and Reg Brearley returning as honorary president - it's a dream team!Heard Carlo Colombotti is coming back and bringing Hámilton Richard with him as gaffer
Not saying he isn’t- but a cursory internet search wouldn’t exactly set the pulse racing - mortgaged his (a ?) home to keep afloat, leverage to purchase SUFC, Uncle Kev thought (albeit erroneously) that he could fuck him over for the sake of a couple of millionWhatever you think of The Prince he's a proven legitimate businessman.
The lack of information around him online is pretty weird though. People with small businesses have bigger online footprints and they aren't bring linked with multi million dealsI imagine this will all be put to bed once the EFL have been alerted of the lack of photo Mauriss’ LinkedIn profile.

This also depends on whether you're glass half full or not. There's clearly a lot of fans who are sceptical and that's fair enough, but I don't know that sticking with what we have is any better either! In the time the Prince has been in sole charge we've seen little development in the training ground - we're still using the dated and tired old sports ground that resembles a working men's club, or the ground, the academy is still cat 2 and whilst that's not the end of the world if we wanted to do the "make our own" approach and sign decent younger players than surely we'll need a cat 1 academy, or at least vast improvements on the existing training ground. And what has happened to the training ground new building that was promised!?
I think if the Prince stays we're set for years in the Championship quite honestly, it'll take a fee years for the younger players that we're developing/signing to come good.
Then we look at the last two transfer windows under the Prince. The Prince has stated before that he prefers permanent signings and I recall Hecky saying the same yet we've not signed one over either window and that to me is not good business as we're just developing other club's assets. This pre-season gone if we'd signed a few permanent players we may now be competing for the top two, as we should be as a relegated club, instead we're barely in the top 6, granted we've had bad injuries but I think we all would agree that we needed some reinforcements to this team, nothing major, and obviously finances are tight - I get that, but you only get one chance as a relegated team before more join us the next season with their parachute payments.
So, in conclusion, I'm optimistic to hear of a takeover because the alternative will be stagnation in all likelihood. It's basically back to the days under McCabe where we needed more investment, which of course, led to the Prince joining, but then we were skint and in league one, you can argue that it has led to an upsurge, although most of that was due to Wilder.
That's not to say, despite what it might sound like, that I'm anti the Prince staying, I just thing he clearly wants out and he's not likely to invest much unless we get promoted and that's the club's money anyway.

Is there really anything (so far) to say that Maurriss is /isn’t similarly “legitimate”?
I was joking! How’s this deal been brokered in your mind? Was it a Jacob Esan style email that the Prince just responded “ah oreyt then”, to?
Or, don’t you think it’s more likely that a meeting would take place to discuss a £115m deal?
I hate to break it to you but Forbes isn’t very accurate. Just as you don’t have to, billionaires don’t have to make their finances public knowledge. There are many many billionaires not on that list. Only publicly listed companies have to post public accounts in their annual reports. Privately owned businesses make private returns. It is no ones business apart from the tax payer and the IRS (for Americans) what someone’s financial situation is.We aren't talking actors or footballers. There's a Forbes billionaire list. He's not on it. Nobody knows a billionaires exact wealth. But there are no secret billionaires.
Don’t you think there will have been any meetings that have taken place with a real person and the prince and his people for it to have got as far as accepting his offer ?The fact nobody is sure if he even exists as there is next to no trace of him suggests there's question marks about him being a legitimate businessman
I know. But he's not shy of getting his name out there as evidenced by the Newcastle stuff.I hate to break it to you but Forbes isn’t very accurate. I’m not sure how else to explain it but there isn’t a threshold where suddenly your wealth becomes public knowledge.
I’m not commenting on his financial status. I’m just saying it could be anywhere from $1 to $1trillion and you just don’t know.
That's what lawyers are forDon’t you think there will have been any meetings that have taken place with a real person and the prince and his people for it to have got as far as accepting his offer ?

So someone that doesn’t exist has hired a lawyer ?That's what lawyers are for
So which is it:The fact nobody is sure if he even exists as there is next to no trace of him suggests there's question marks about him being a legitimate businessman
