All this Managers cant attend games/get tapped up in advance moralism needs to stop.
Managers get tapped up all the time and quite often chairmen/owners will ring them/sound out agents about it when other managers are still in post at their club.
I know for a fact that Warnock was being readied to take over from Woodgate at boro for months when Woodgate was still in place.
