Generally accepted by many posters on here, they aren't, so if we or THEY don't finish second we may as well sack this season off.

It'll just cost fans money to be disappointed again, so probably let unbearable, I mean unbeatable forest gain their rightful place amongst the elite. We went to 2 semi finals, and a play off final, beating quality teams along the way. Wolves didn't find US unbeatable. Cup run distorts expectations .com ffs

They are, this is football. Surprises happen all the time!!!

Let's finish in the top 6 first.

We should have beaten them
Both times this season but they are much improved now and a good side but yes they are.

Very beatable like every football team, but they are the only team to impress me this season. In a one off final very tough, over 2 legs beatable.

Good. I agree. And yes it makes a reason to finish in the top 6, reading a lot on here, I thought it better we didn't grrrr 😏😔😕

Beatable? Yes. Of course. They're not that good.
But they are the best team in the play-off mix at the moment and I expect them to go up.

But the play-offs are a lottery and they could easily lose the final if the the occasion gets to them.
I would be surprised if anybody beat them over 2 legs.

Lost 1 in 12 and unbeaten in 8.

We should have beaten them at the lane. Although i'd say they're the best team to visit so far.

Fulham and Bournemouth obvs haven't been yet.

They are and we very nearly proved that but for a last minute equaliser, however, if we put in the same performance as we did that night again then I think it’s highly likely we will get dicked.

Both us and Forest are going in different directions after that game, they have all the momentum and we dont.

So in short yes they are beatable but probably not by us on current form.

They are beatable. They had a bad run of results early on where they couldn't score. Under Cooper the morale has improved and they have been playing well. But do they carry the threat of Fulham? Not at all. The next run of games and if we make the playoffs are all about our performances. We have the capability of playing well but don't always produce.

They most certainly are beatable, they are not Man City! They are the form team at the minute. We were a bit back.

I would say that at present they look like the favourites to go up via the playoffs, and yet they are currently outside the top 6.
Nothing is decided. Forest could stay in this form till the end or they may start stuttering before the end of the season.

If you were to pretend the season had started when Heckingbottom had taken over, we would be up there with them on merit. Forest also started the season worse than us under Hughton, and were bottom of the table early doors. Both teams have had a similar rise up the table.

As for us under PH - 11 wins 5 draws 4 losses - 38 points from 20 games, nearly 2 points per game, promotion form. Ok performances and results have dipped in recent weeks, but that has also coincided with the worst injury crisis we've had in a few years.

I thought Forest looked very good for the first 60 minutes at the Lane, their fitness levels looked almost Premier League level. But when we brought Osborn and Jebbison on, we turned the tide and we actually had our chances to finish the game off, before the last minute equaliser.

Any team is beatable. Any team can have a player who stupidly gets themselves sent off. Any team can be on the end of bad refereeing decisions. Any team can have an off day. Any team can get their key players injured.

We were piss poor against them the other week and they only managed a point in the last min.
If we play well we beat them

We should’ve beat them at their place; they made us look like twats at the Lane. Despite the last minute equaliser, you can’t say they didn’t deserve it.

They are not good in play off semis against us !!

Things can change super quick, Forest was probably a bit of a turning point for us (for the worst of course), but the same could happen to them, at an even more crucial time

hint: they've got both Fulham and Bournemouth away in their last 4 games

In 2003 ( triple assault season ) we were the best team going into the play offs & we all knew how that ended . If we make the top 6 .. play offs are any bodies

Middlesbrough fan here. Funny how football works! I think if you asked a Boro fan who they would want to avoid in the playoffs (assuming the three of us made it!), they would say Sheff Utd. We absolutely destroyed Forest on Boxing Day 2-0 (could've been 6-2), did the double over them and I understand from reading their forums that Forest fans want to therefore avoid us.

Forest played well vs. you, and you destroyed us therefore we naturally want to avoid you. it's like the boxing triangle of "just because A beat C, and C beat B...and so on.

There is not much between any of the teams up there and I would not cloud judgement based on one or two games vs. an opposition. To some opposition fans , we look like world beaters one week, and shite to the next week. We probably look like shite to you based off the recent game at the Lane. That's the Championship.

Good luck!! - but not vs. Middlesbrough! ;)
