It seems the events of last week have made us all forgot about the main problem at United - that Wilson should go. It is clear Wilson is not the guy for us and he should be sacked now, giving a new manager 4 to 8 weeks to assess the squad and bring in the players needed.

IF he can't get the player to be passionate and excited about an FA cup match, the thought of drawing a PL team such as City or Utd then he should leave. We should not be losing to Torquay United.

To have forgotten it I'd have had to think that in the first place. Our biggest problem was, and is, that we don't have a pot to piss in.

Total joke pal.

Leave the Out campaigns to the pros please.

Wilson is doing just fine.

There's an old saying:

It's better to keep quiet and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

But the pro's don't calling for the removal of the manager, on the back of a decent run of form, and a victory.

We leave that to the stupid people

I do believe though wilson needs to add a bit more passion into united's game. Anybody agree with me?

I don't often agree with Mic, but he's spot on here. Wilson out? What precisely would that achieve?

The square root of fuck all, that's what.

I agree we seem to lack passion and fight at times, as far as wilson adding it im not sure how he can, its either in u as a player or not. Wilson doesnt come across to me as the type to instill fire and passion into the players in a half time team talk but thats where someone like morgs should come in. also after events last sunday and todays tributes perhaps the lads were a bit subdued, who knows?

I take it you're after some sort of prize?

There's a lot wrong with us. Any manager who's got that bunch of players into 4th place is doing something right.

I couldn't make the game today due to work, so my main gripe is the media having me believe that United won? I am gutted having read this post that we appear to have lost. Oh yes, thats right .....................We did fucking win!
Just who do you imagine that the skint 3rd Division club could entice to provide the passion filled, total football that will see us thrash the remainder of our opponents and win the title at a canter?
Get a grip!

Is this some sort of piss-take? Surely no United fan would ever refer to that team from Manchester as just United.

I have to say, yesterday (70 mins) was the worst blades performance I have ever seen with my own eyeballs. It was pure comedy in the sense that we could not pass the ball 3 yards without ballooning it out of touch. In truth, although we cameback, could concievably have been 3-0 down at one point. Bearing in the first was a lucky own goal and we were gifted the 3rd by a goalkeeping gaffe, we will get battereed in round three playing like that.

I thought for large periods of the game yesterday we did okay. The passing was fine but the movement off the ball when in possession was atrocious. And if Quinn goes in Jan, we truly are fucked.

Interesting, most people seem to think he was awful yesterday, whereas you and i think he's one of the few people on the pitch capable of spotting movement off the ball and laying on the pass. I think the main problem with Quinn, is that he's got a much better footballing brain than the rest of the team.

He's the only person on the pitch for us, with the occasional exception of Evans, who is looking to make something happen rather than wait for it to occur. He's certainly the only one who seems to understand the 'move' bit after the 'pass'.
