Went to a family bar-b que at Steve Claridges house. It was called Wembley Heights in Gosport , and he was as big a cunt as you could imagine.
Got my imagination going berserk that one

I spoke with AB when my son was mascot at a PFC v SUFC match at Fratton. Totally lovely feller, warm, friendly, never up-himself and recounted the TC and him ball sitting episode with great humour.

Claridge is, as you say, an ubercunt. Hill Head is on the far side of Lee-on-the-Solent and very 'footballer', especially over toward Brownwich and the bird sanctuary. Crouch owned one of the bigger houses there (but hardly stayed in it)

Love you two getting on

Mcburnie- Knaresborough

Yep, a colleague of mine lives there and sees him in the boozer with Matt Killgallon fairly often.

Dresses like a cunt, but is generally mild mannered and keeps his head down by all accounts. McBurnie that is, not my colleague.

Fleck used to live at Waverley but has moved to stumperlowe just down from Wilder.

Not sure about this thread.....

If the players do read this forum as Foxy has alluded to in the past, they'll be loving this one..

Colin Hill used to live in a 80/90s new build in Killamarsh. Played football with him on his front lawn whilst my old man fettled his car

John Ryan top of Cortworth Rd. Sold house to Arthur Scargill. Source the kid who delivered their papers from GT News..

Actually don’t all modern players just live in Nonna’s. Always there when I go by.

Only ever understood by sheepdogs and Emlyn Hughes.

Always remember the crowd singing 'Alan Ball, Alan Ball, Alan Ball, Alan Ball,' in unison at high pitches that set fire alarms off.

Reyt player in his heyday

If they have to be there for 7.30 then plenty must pay regular fines 😆

I pass a few of the players on their way to Shirecliffe 3 or 4 mornings a week and it's an hour or so after that.
Jack O'Connell lives ten minutes from Manchester airport these days, which cuts his commute to Sheffield down. I'm a bit wary of giving out his precise address as it just feels a bit wrong! Rhian Brewster lives a 5 minute walk from his apparently.

Fancy living 5 minutes away from your house.

Since the dawn of social media and podcasts I've always been amazed how many players commute long distances to play for their clubs and go to training. I guess with how disposable players are to club it's understandable a lot of them are reluctant to buy a house in a new area if they are going to move on a few months later.

Just thought I'd see if we could map out where our squad lives - feel free to amend the list below !

Mousse used to live off Dore Road. Billy lives round there, same with Joe Root. Think there’s a few hidden roads.

Brian Robson used to live in those luxury flats on Limb Lane next to the Young people’s prison.

Think Carl Asaba is near the cricket inn pub.

Dunno about any blades but Tony fucking crane used to live woodhouse and often went in the Royal pub a wanker of the highest order,me and around 10 blades used to go in often and he'd try and give us jip if we lost proper bellend.

The end

Ben Osborn lives in Dore/ Totley as he frequents the Cricket inn a bit.

Enda does live on Redmires Road.

Billy did live off Dore Road but not sure now.

I think sander lives in the old beauchief hotel development.
Ben O lives just above Crown at Totley. Seen him in there (and Rob Page too).

I've possibly mentioned this before, but I saw Claridge stood at the bar in Majorca in 2006 wearing an actual SWFC shirt. I said to him - 'I thought you were a Pompey fan' . He stood back from the bar to show he was wearing Pompey shorts and said in a weird effected voice ' I have many different guises'.
What a fucking nob.

Longs chippy. One night after returning from a reserves match at Bramall Lane, my dad parked his car outside the chippie, got in the queue while I waited outside looking through the window and then all of a sudden I was picked up by John Hope who then put me on his shoulders, he was with Tony Currie who was amused with Hope's antics. There were envious faces in the queue and my dad was surprised with what had happened!

Pubs use to close at 10.30 in those days Currie was usually in the chippy between 10.45 and 11.00pm unless they had a lock in at the Hyde Park which I think was quite frequently the case as it was right on the edge of Dronfield up Hilltop Road
