Last night was the best away day/atmosphere this season IMO - Peterborough was good (soz, didn;'t do Fulham or Cardiff) - Peterborough was lively,

I was more worried that Burke and Mousset wouldn't be sold. Having Premier league teams covet your players is the price of having decent players.

I can’t say I’ve seen him, im not worried we’ll sell him as we’re pretty used to that being a blade! I just hope he can help get us back where we belong over the next 18/19 games

Be great if we do. My post was a little tongue in cheek. Despite our new policy I fully expect anyone 21 and under who plays a few games to be sold, however I am more confident these days that we will hold out for a little more than the first offer

Being worried about SUFC selling players is a bit like worrying about dark and cold days in January.

I think promotion this season is unlikely for us but if (and there is a chance) we continue this form and go on a long run of wins it could happen. If we sell him at the end of the season without promotion it would be a mistake. If he gets too big for his boots having come through our youth he thinks he's outgrown united and moves to a Premier club, I think he will end up like Hendo. A bench warmer.

Don't get me wrong, the lad won't be here forever and if he puts in the work rate he's going to go on to big things but I'd think he'd at least need another season here to get good experience.

With all that being said, at his age if a club like, I dunno, Arsenal or someone say they want me, I'd be off.

It’s a 1 in 10000 chance that a player never gets sold. It all involves affinity for the club, their potential, talent and ambitions growing or maintained in line with their club’s.

Even Gerrard and Lampard who were ‘1 club players’ left eventually.

Yes Iliman will get sold almost definitely… but when?

im predicting he will be a PL player eventually, that could be with us next year, or i think he’ll be in the Championship for another season before moving on to someone like Palace

I know this post is probably a distracted kid who started something then had to answer the door or something..

But, we don't sell cheap anymore, and long may that continue..
