He's proving himself to be better than many of us expected him to be, and the players are putting in more consistent performances. Even Norwood is starting to put in good performances in back to back games. If he can work on finishing in training then who knows what might happen.

I felt the same at the time as we were losing games hand over fist in the PL but now that we’re a championship team again this formation seems to suit as we have the personnel for it, Slav tried to change it but with no money. for new players so reverting back and in a lesser division means that we are more successful with it.

Nobody has 'liked' that yet because it's clear you have more problem with me than with what the fuck the team was about back in June of last year when we were pretty fucking beaten and relegated, facing Championship football.

For your limited information, this is 5-3-2 not utilising Wilderball but closing down effectively with a slightly better midfield and a more cohesive back three than back then.

We've just beaten Peterborough, a team as good as down and one who we beat comprehensively at the Lane without effort earlier on in the season. Aye. I don't wanna get too personal and 'off the board'. Silent has been a pretty reliable and valuable contributor to the various boards we have co=populated over the past twenty years (for me, twenty two).

But his ovaries seem to have stopped working and he has a propensity to lash out inexplicably, like a menopausal female. Whilst this is understandable in women, for him it's a bit strange.
