United World share the money so what's the point? What Blades bones have been picked to finance 'no marks' in "Princeys big game" ? How much of the Blades money has been invested in this "big game"? Any evidence ?

Hes very good to those customers
No chance. I hear Elon Musk ls actually buying out the club in Sheffield 6. He wants to pursue his ventures into outer space and he's heard Swillsborough would be ideal for training. There's absolutely no atmosphere.I wish I was tbh. It's like being stuck in Eeyore's head being on this forum.
We could be bought out by Elon Musk and there'd 100% be a thread started called "Yeh, but his cars are shit"
WGod help us
Where going to need more then himGod help us
Share what money and with who ? What income that the football club earns goes to United World ? Can you direct to the bit in the accounts where it confirms this please ?United World share the money so what's the point?
yeah, I don't get it either. I'd rather we were able to scout every league in the world and pick up the best bargains that just shop in the same window. A window the same people aren't happy about as the players aren't 'good enough'.I get that we are all a bunch of misanthropic bastards but does everything have to have a negative spin on it?
We spent ages complaining about Wilder's lack of overseas interest but the minute we start looking overseas.... "Nah, don't like it, probably going to be shit"
This whole foreign signings lark is ridiculous. Sure, they have to be the right signings, but it's 2022 and the leagues are full of foreign signings!well we are going to find if wilder was right to be a bit hesitant to foreign signings
Been on here for ages ... numerous people have commentedon it .... im not ITK just thought it was common knowledge ..obviously you have your own agenda so I will leave it there .... The future is shit The future unfortunately is United World!!Share what money and with who ? What income that the football club earns goes to United World ? What Nuwan Gimhana? Always rated himCan’t wait for the longwinded pursuit of Sri Lanka’s second choice U21 goalkeeper, which inevitably fails at 23.59 after we realise he wouldn’t get a work permit.
I haven't got any agenda. You have confirmed you actually don't know any facts about the financial affairs about the club and United World which is similar to myself. What this common knowledge bit is i am unsure.Been on here for ages ... numerous people have commentedon it .... im not ITK just thought it was common knowledge ..obviously you have your own agenda so I will leave it there .... Didn't Hecky also reveal that he wouldn't be let go until we had a replacement in?Who spent last week briefing that United had no say over Olsen, before Hecky revealed they did.
But, hasn't Brexit changed the landscape on foreign signings? When we were in the EU, and during the interim arrangements, it was easy to sign both established players & potential players who were nationals from an EU country. Now, it remains possible to sign established foreign players from a top foreign league. But, it's much harder to sign budget hidden gems from foreign leagues. This whole foreign signings lark is ridiculous. There's still plenty of players out there in top leagues who will qualify. It's obviously not as easy now but given Coulibaly would have qualified last year then it's still possible to pick up players from Europe that won't break the bank. You need a decent scouting network and using ones already there in Belgium and France will give us an edge. But, hasn't Brexit changed the landscape on foreign signings? The leagues are full of foreign signings who came here under Freedom Of Movement, or came here more recently as established stars easily meeting the post Brexit requirements.
Any English club whose recruitment strategy requires the scouting & signing of foreign, value for money, hidden gems is fucked. Aren't they?
The thing is, we have their scouting network. They'll have extensive knowledge of the Belgium leagues. Ditto to France. And, if they do go down, we'll have no competition from anyone else in UW for the better signings.I mean, let's have it simple. If/when Beerschot are relegated there is NO route for ANY player from ANY United World club to a UK (Governing Body Endorsement) Work Permit.
Beerschot’s recruitment rivals ours for shiteness and we’ve had all the premier signings anyway Berge,Brewster,Mcburnie, Mousset they knock every other clubs signings into a cocked hat. Help me out with understanding that please. Is it United World's knowledge & scouting network that we'd be tapping into. Or is it the Beerschot & La Berrichonne knowledge & scouting networks we'd be tapping into. Or isn't there a difference? The thing is, we have their scouting network. Al Hilal United seem to be the focus of the United World Academy or that’s the way it seems when you look at the websiteI have ONE piece of itk information about United World & movement between clubs. When it became clear Sheffield United were releasing Stephen Mallon, United World wanted him to sign as a free agent for Al Hilal United. He didn't. And subsequently signed for Bohemians in Dublin.

You’d have to talk to PurpleRain about the ins and outs of their scouting but the impression seems to be that it’s all being run through Van Winkle remotely from Dubai.Doesn't mean they're scouting is bad though, does it?
I assume it will be Mitchell talking to his equivalents and not through Van Winkle
No they don’t. You’ve got that wrong. Maybe have a look at the published accounts?United World share the money so what's the point?
I'm interested in how people see all this working. So, thanks for answering. You'll forgive me. But I'll play it back generically.I assumed it was the same thing? Beerschot will have scouts lists. I assume those feed into a central pot, but I'd also assume that scout would talk to scout and not through some central functionary. It makes no sense otherwise.

Sheffield United cannot realistically sign players from the second tier (or below) in Belgium & France, as players will not get work permits.
Beerschot & La Berrichonne will clearly struggle to recruit players from tiers ABOVE them - that's the way it works.
Yet, scouts at Beerschot & La Berrichonne will be scouting players that they themselves couldn't hope to sign (ie from their top tiers), so that Sheffield United can sign them.
It's not a perfect plan is it?
