Ah Cahill, you may be right (noted the tricouleur). From O level French and from many, many holidays in "La Belle", I think that both maison and biere are feminine nouns, so they are "la maison" and "la biere". Am I right in thinking it should be Maison de la Biere?? Or La Maison de la Biere?? Who's going to tell the otherwise brilliant beer emporium??

Allez les Lames!!!!
I spoke with said proprietor ages ago. He says he was being ironic. I’m not convinced. Yes, « maison » and « beer« are both feminine. I suppose as a proper noun maison does need the definite article in front of it.
The nights just fly by chez nous

before i start i like the ballot i think its a great idea. but this is ridiculous you cant say its sold out on 7th & we wont be getting any more allocation. you have got til the 10th to enter the ballot. then move the goalposts, & say we have a further allocation of seats & the ballot is closed on 8th

that the people in the ballot have priority, but because i did do it in 12 hrs when i had 3 days. i should be in front of the queue, now because utd cant make their mind up, i'll miss on a ticket

It says those that entered the ballot will have priority for new tickets. How do we think that will work? I entered but only have 25k loyalty points

My guess is that names in the ballot will be drawn at random. i.e. loyalty points irrelevant.

normally yes but people entering the ballot havent entered a ballot. because there is a further allocation has come out of the blue

Priority is to those who had applied for the ballot. If there's enough tickets in the new allocation for all of them, I imagine they'll all get tickets, with any remaining tickets then going to general sale.

The ticket office is calling people who have been successful in the ballot. I've not had a call yet but I've just called about something else and heard the other staff doing it in the background. When I asked them it sounded like they're working through the list of people in the ballot in order of loyalty points, but I could have misheard.

Yes me and my mate have been successful in the ballot. Both 50k plus points

Thing is I know someone who just got a call this morning from club and he has got all 6 ballot tickets he applied for, what's going on.

I’ve just spoken to the ticket office about another issue. Whilst on I asked about the Barnsley ticket situation and was told that they are going through the original ballot process now for the 200 tickets from the original allocation. We have been given an extra 2,000 tickets but these have not yet been sent through by Barnsley. When the ticket office has these they will go back on sale using the loyalty points system and starting from where they sold out. There will be an announcement confirming these arrangements once they know the timings. I didn’t ask but would assume that another 10% of the extra allocation will be held back for ballot.

Surprised there are still quite a few tickets left. Do people not realise we got a second allocation?

Sunday mid day is a bad time for many, people playing football and parents having to take kids to play will affect the numbers who can make it at that daft time.

Police don't care, in their eyes smaller attendance mean less trouble

37 tickets left online in block NS4. They usually sell a different block in the ticket office so there may be some of the extra allocation left in NS3.

Im trying to add people to "my friends and family" so i can grab tickets for Barnsley game but it wont load, any ideas?

Phone ticket office pal. I've been trying to do this online for ages. Told them to add my dad to my account and was done in 5 minutes.

Tickets still available for this, on sale at the Lane and online. Not cheap but would be great to sell out and hopefully get a good win

Tickets on sale for return match and we've been given 1,550. How does that work? Doesn't the lower tier hold 2,400?

It will be how many you've chosen to taken. If you sell out you can take more but you will need to sell them or pay for them.

I don't get that ,give them all the lot if they don't sell them all why make them pay for the unsold ones ???
It's not going to impact on us financially
