Does Wilder deserve credit for buying a new telly, washing machine and fridge freezer from Currys?

Depends. Are they three separate items, or one fantastic device that does everything?

The Washing Machine has a fast spin option. 10,000RPM. Trouble is, the door is on the bottom of the machine.

The telly comes without a remote control. And the mounting brackets are on the screen side, so it faces the wall all the time.

The fridge freezer runs at 15 Deg Centigrade.

Hell no ! Everything I have ever bought from Currys has been faulty or immediately broke.
These are the ones I remember, for now.
Samsung microwave. Brand new out of the box. Thought it was fighting off aliens, firing lasers and sparks everywhere.
Bosch steam iron. More like Trevi fountain. Took it straight back for refund , went to Costco and bought the same model £20 cheaper and with more extras in box.
A DAB rechargeable radio... which will not switch off. It's either on, or flat.
If Richer Sounds have what you're after, go there. Costco if you are a member. Coles/ John Lewis although they will be online now.

Currys, when Chris says Currys it sounds like Harrods, strange.🤔

Correct the tele does indeed come without a remote control but for the price you can’t turn it down 😄

The fridge freezer was purchased as a replacement for Jack Robinson to add a bit of mobility at LCB.
He traded in his half decent washing machine for a lesser model which runs at 20000rpm causing it to move uncontrollably around the kitchen until it eventually loses power & falls over.

Can I point out that the manufacturer makes these items ,currys just sell them mate .

Investing in electrical appliances is like the transfer market. It is a potentially tricky business. You know how it goes, you think your buying a Kane type washer that does one load and then does another one straight after but what you actually end up doing is getting a Moose which seems to take a big load but just ends up breaking down.

The value of a good scouting network cannot be overestimated so contact your local troop and ask them to do a little research beforehand or - horror of horrors - you may not be able to afford another new washing machine and have to loan a neighbours.

If Wilder had read the reviews of Moose on Trustpilot he might have thought twice

But did he buy the coverplan warranty?

Ah, but. The items at Currys always have the Friday afternoon monday morning assurance built in. Sometimes with slightly different model numbers.
Not for me.

Did you say Curry...

Is it Chips n Curry tho

Or Curry n Chips

Vinegar introduction stage optional.... Or is it?
