My concern with the T&T app is with its ability to shut you down and it's level of accuracy. I don't do pubs and clubs, movies or theatre so didn't want it.

I am signed up to Google and fully aware that buying a toilet seat online will result in a week's worth of adverts for one, like I'm a fucking collector.

Considering the stats and risk factors I'm very uncomfortable with creating this system in society.

There are people out there who aren't anti-vax (this label is now over-used and given to anyone not having the vaccine irrespective of reason) but haven't had jabs.

A mate of mine ended up in hospital a few years ago with a disorder that affected his immune system. In quite bad way and took a good while to get back to normal. Also a relapse since on a lesser scale.

Neither his GP or hospital consultant will confirm he should have the vaccine as apparently there could be a potential risk in doing so. There's also a potential risk of Covid too.

So he now becomes a pariah through no fault of his own.

I’m sure out of a packed and vaccinated 30,000 at Bramall lane a very large number of them will have caught Covid after having their jab. Also how many people who’ve had the jab will show no symptoms and be carrying it unknowingly.
I haven’t had a jab and the only day I felt ill from Covid I was testing negative only 3 days later I started to test positive.
Covid passports will be a complete pointless exercise just like a lot of the rules

I don't think vaccine passports will protect you from catching it but will mean those who do won't be taking up much space in hospital. Of course they'll likely bump into the minority of unvaccinated elsewhere who will eventually end up in hospital to a small degree but I think playing it slightly sensible this winter is the right thing to do just to see how it goes.

The Public Health target, in percentages, is that 100% of people who catch Covid have been vaccinated. That's how Vaccination & Public Health works.
