Thing is, you need to understand that a football team consists of lots of different types of people, tall, short, fast, slow, passers and shooters and some headers, if you can get the right mixture with the right people in the right places the team will be fine, obviously it’s better to have catchers rather than headers in goal (although that could work) but I’m wondering if our headers are where the shooters should be and the slow ones are where the passers should be, goodness knows it’s so complicated but if we can get them all in the right parts of the pitch and doing what they are best at when we need them to, we’ll get promoted.
