Oh yes, our trajectory since he was forced into our midfield has been straight line, one way, without stoppages or kinks. Not in the way you’re suggesting, but very definite, none the less. And that’s downwards, sadly.
I’m not claiming he’s pulled up any trees but fuck me, take him out and we take a suspicion that this is the worst midfield in living memory, and confirm it. At least he can do something progressive, once or twice a game. I’m not sure Fleck has once or twice this year.

Fleck and Norwood have been totally shite too.

The differences are that they at least both proved they can do it in England, at some point. And people aren’t falling over themselves to create a different excuse for them every week.

Because of those glimmers of ability, granted very fleeting, that show the level of player that’s in there somewhere.

Jordan Slew showed fleeting examples of ability, that convinced someone to pay millions for him when that was a lot of money. Every professional footballer shows it fleetingly. It’s how often they put it together that makes the greats.

Slew showed fleeting ability against League 1 opponents. Berge has shown it at Champions League level. Nobody in their right mind would look at Jordan Slew and Sander Berge and say they are of similar ability levels, And I’m not saying Berge is anywhere near the greats. I’m saying, when he puts it together, he’s shown he can be virtually unplayable. He doesn’t put it together anywhere near enough though.

Has he had covid since we signed him

And that's the point - he just doesn't put it together often enough - within games or game to game. He's a valuable asset (based on previous reputation) and we're evidently skint. What's probably fucked this season up is holding him up to this champions league valuation, when he fails to cut it in England's second division. Nobody is paying the silly numbers talked about, because he's clearly just not that good. We've had our pants removed.

The result - the necessary team strengthening either isn't going to happen at worst, or it far too late at best.

The squad is such a mess that, unless he can start realising his potential, £15m+ gives us a chance to start a desperately needed rebuild

He is what you call a Youtube star looks great in video clips but goes missing the rest of the game especially if someone kicks him

I know there are jokes to be made but this is bad news. Slav will be fuming.

Slav won’t have been expecting him to be around for training so it’s not all bad but training this international break is so important.

Are the rules now that if you read double jabbed you don’t need to self isolate but if you aren’t then your will? Chances are a number of the first team will be self isolating and miss the next week at least? I

He's fully vaccinated, has no symptoms and feels fine so far.

I reckon it rules out a move before Tuesday though.
Doesn’t rule out him going to the Norwegian authorities though. Claiming we’ve been holding him hostage for the last 3 months and only letting him exercise once a day by practising sideways passes.

Not to mention force feeding him GCB's and Magnet.
