.... they call us the Blades.
We got Billy Sharp, he's a legend at the lane.

Basham and O'Connell, overlapping down the wings.
We've got Dave McGoldrick, and Oli Norwood's ping.
Ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole

Slavisa is the gaffer, he leads us all the way.
Playing proper football, the Sheff United way.
Ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole ole

We were halfway through our journey, then covid fucked it up.
Now you're going to believe us, we're going straight back up!!!

Very nice - a few minor adjustments, that work well. Maybe a sign of what will happen to the team under the new gaffer. Just renewed my ST and hope to be allowed out of Canada (and in to the UK) to even use it on occasion and find out first hand.

Normally I would love to use your ST whilst you live the dream across the pond , but after last season's clinical depression , my personal physician has advised that I stay away from the Lane for the good of my mental health. She also fears that I might execute certain homicidal thoughts if I were to bump into Mr Lundstram or Mr Mousset or indeed Mr McBurnie. Fortunately I know one of the directors at my local club Altrincham FC and will be taking up his invitation to join him at Moss Lane this coming season if their home games coincide with ours. This does however leave me free to follow the Blades around the UK now that my modest loyalty points giv me a chance of away tickets. Should we be top of the league , I may ultimately have to ignore my doctor + swap Moss Lane for Bramall Lane , in which case , I'll be in touch. But for now it's "Up the Robins" alongside "Up the Blades". Apparently it's called 'dual therapy' and it has a history of success in dealing with situations where the patient has become obsessed over the course of 55 years with a football club who continually show promise , only to fall off a cliff without warning.

Perhaps a back up line might be needed for Norwood, just in case like....

My I suggest that having homicidal thoughts when meeting McBurnie might not be good for your physical health !!
