Jebbo showed Brewster how to play number 9 ,got into the right pockets of the pitch and not afraid of a lung busting run .

Saw him fluff a header but that's all.
One thing to note is when he got the ball with his back to goal. Did he look to pass backwards? He looked good but he is very raw and needs to add power to his game. Just a cautionary note though its probably best not to hype him up too much because he will be very inconsistent at his age and as a fan base we have form for lambasting youngsters when they don’t quite live up to the narrative. George long and DCL spring to mind.
Remember Jordan SlewI'll put my neck on the line and say jebbo will be the next big thing from the juniors .pin it
I like him he’s full of confidence from the 23s doing so well. To reach his top potential he’ll need to add a power element to his game because he’ll be asked to play close to the centrehalves given his frame. That will probably take a while to come given his age he’ll put on a lot of muscle in the next few years and once that happens could be a really dominant player. And that’s going to need patience from the fans because he will fluctuate in terms of performance at this age and will get bullied by centrehalves at senior level currently. One thing to note is when he got the ball with his back to goal. No, his first thought was to spin and go forward and was rewarded for it by getting a freekick in a dangerous area.
Understand where you're coming from. but I like the look of the lad and he knows where the onion bag is and he's going to have that stature ,that little bit of nastyness which all decent strikers needRemember Jordan Slew
Let him take his time and develop
Dont put big expectations on him after 30 mins of senior football
Bollocks to that. Jebbo and Hackford are gonna be the new Deane and Agana! Frankie Maguire is gonna be the next, erm.......John Gannon. He looked good but he is very raw and needs to add power to his game. He was in the perfect positionI liked the fact he looked pissed off when Basham ballooned one into the side netting instead of firing it across goal. Reaction of a goal scorer.
A bit harsh. He's been scoring for the U18s and U23s. I'd be surprised if he isn't involved for our next game.Another kid with a token appearance on the bench before disappearing not to be seen again? In the meantime Burke hasn't touched the ball in 50 minutes

Based on our selection policy this season we'll never see him again anyway - nothing to worry aboutHe looked good but he is very raw and needs to add power to his game. Think that bench slot is probably his now for a while at least until ndiaye is fit. Hackford seems to just be going through a bit of a slump at the minute and jebbison hasn’t done himself any harm.Based on our selection policy this season we'll never see him again anyway - nothing to worry about
Glad you mentioned DCL hhaving watched him come through he was given a hard time by a lot of fans who hadnt seen him play as a kid. Very similar attributes to Jabbo .He was bullied by centre backs just needed time to mature which is what Everton did.I like him he’s full of confidence from the 23s doing so well. ? What ya mean Phil? What about our 20 goal a season Academy youngster ?
Outscored your Ndiayes, Brunts, Hackfords, Jebbisons, Ayaris - all struggling in single figures - TWO to ONE
? Shouldn't he be getting mentions ?
I think it’s very unusual to see a target man type striker ready to play the game as a teenager it takes a while to acquire the strength required.Glad you mentioned DCL hhaving watched him come through he was given a hard time by a lot of fans who hadnt seen him play as a kid. We have a young group with bags of potential let's be patient the club staff know when it's time to dip a toe and gradually make there Mark with the first team.
Throwing them in now is not always the right way as I said the coaches will know when they are ready.
Do you mean DCL ? shows what can be? What ya mean Phil
