JD staff in Rotherham, Chesterfield, Donny and Barnsley are reporting maximum levels of excitement. The Chateroux, Antwerp, Kerala and Dubai branches of JD are also salivating at the prospect of selling Blades shirts.

So you'll be able to buy a Blades shirt at the JD in town (by which point you may as well go to the club shop) or the JD in Meadowhall (by which point you might as well go to the Meadowhall club shop)...

Not sure I agree on town. People have said before it’d be nice to have an outlet in town to buy our merchandise. It’s still a ten minute walk to the store, from JD. If you’re in town shopping with the family and you don’t have to drag them across the ring road and up Bramall Lane and back again.

Meadowhall shop is a different matter of course.

It’ll be interesting to see which other JDs stock them. Will they be selling them in JD in Leeds for example? Not sure they’d be much demand.

I absolutely hate the place, but the fact a sports shop sells other clubs shirts and not ours when its in our city is also pretty daft.
